This place is fine. The food was just okay. I was actually expecting more from this place. However, it is very lively and has good energy, but the food is just mediocre.

Great bloody mary! One of the better ones I've had. It was also nice (or lucky) to get an outside seat for Sunday brunch when everywhere else had a 40 minute wait. I had the seared ahi tuna sandwich and it was fantastic. The service was a little slow which is fine for that time of day and the staff was friendly.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Celebrated my birthday brunch with mum and little brother. Chic, great company/service, food is excellent. Enjoyed the little details of artwork hanging on the walls. Front reception was rather exceptional as well. Dinner is even better; atmosphere turns rather soft( lighting) and makes dining very intimate. Very Palm Springs. Such an experience :)

Went to Trio for Easter brunch with a friend. Wanted to like this place since we heard good feedback for most people. Breakfast was cold and overcooked. I had Eggs Benedict and the eggs were hard boiled and lacking flavor and sauce. Also, the bacon was tough and tasted old, as well as, being overcooked. We might give it one more chance for the fixed price menu, but when you spend $50.00 on Breakfast and it wasn't even good, it is hard to say. I wanted to mention this to the owner, as he was there that morning, but my friend said NO, it wouldn't be right. The restaurant was not crowded, but they forced everyone to eat on top of each other in the front corner by the windows. I guess they do this to look like the restaurant is busy. Not a highlight of Palm Springs!!

We went for Mother's day reservation at 12.45 PM arrive about 10 mn early ,we were seated immediately The waitress came and took our drink order. We gave her our food order ,even with a very busy place everything was perfect service and as usual the food was superb . You Two are doing a very good job and you should be proud of your employees Visitors don't hesitate to go to Trio \ Louis

This place has great food. Good place for groups because it has a lot of variety to please the pickiest of eaters. Make sure to try their brownie dessert. It's amazing!

Great restaurant, the service was exemplary and food was wonderful. I had the steak but the rest of my party had other items, I can't remember what though. We all agreed we loved our dinner. The restaurant is a little hard to walk around in with little space between the tables, I usually do not like a tight restaurant like this but I felt Trio pulled it off well and made the overall feel of their establishment very cosy and intimate.

Went here for a Thursday night and was able to make reservations online. The restaurant has a Miami feel with an outdoor area. Feels high class even tho it's only $$. Ordered the Australian Sole, Wild Mushroom Linguini and Surf and Turf. The sole was good and had a good crust. The couscous really paired well. The linguini was a really satisfying dish that the table loved, with a nice sauce. The surf and turf's steak was a bit overcooked (asked for medium rare). However the waiter made apologies and took it back with no problem. The new steak was cooked to perfection. Great place to go to with groups as it has a fun atmosphere.
