The wonderful thing and joy I get facilitating classes is that it always adds more to my life as I get to learn more about myself and add new ways of expanding into more, as well as having fun! Really busy of late, I so enjoy my Mindful Meditation classes at the end of the week. As a group, we are guided in releasing all that has happened in the previous week and coming to the present moment. In other words, leaving work at work! ;-) It's vital to have a variety of downtime 'activities' to nurture and relax the body, mind and spirit.
