We have taken your feedback as an opportunity to reinforce with our staff how important their attitudes are to every dining experience. Clearly there were some unacceptable behaviors exhibited, and we will work tirelessly until they are improved. The confusion involving the kitchen closing has been addressed, and we naturally shared your compliments to your server for continuously providing great service.
