About to go on stage at Google Zeitgeist... I'm between J.J. Abrams and Morgan Spurlock. I'm ending my presentation by talking about New Zealand... And here is a photo below... Of some sheep, floating like clouds on a green sky.
Wow that is some heavy company. I know you will do great. +Trey Ratcliff we are thinking about planning a two week trip to New Zealand and would love to get some of your insight on where to go and what to see.
BAH... Don't be so pretentious +Trey Ratcliff ... those sheep aren't "floating like clouds" they're eating and pooping... because that's what sheep do. Getting all romantic about sheep... you've been in NZ too long man ;)
You could say a clever quote as an ice breaker... When George Bernard Shaw visited New Zealand a reporter asked him his impression of the place and, after a pause, Shaw is said to have replied: "Altogether too many sheep"
Fortunately NZ sheep do not really float. Imagine all fourty million of them above your head, getting rid of what remains of digesting grass :-) The occasional seagull (like the one in the pic) or endemic bird is enough 'floating' for my own taste...
