Simply put, all Vets and staff are great. I've been coming here since it was off Jupiter and Campbell and wouldn't take my Dog elsewhere. Clean facility, convenient location and, most importantly, friendly and knowledegable staff.

I had a Denon receiver repaired here and can reassure you that this is a great place to take your electronics. Above all other compliments, the workers are extremely wise and genuinely appear to love what they're doing. Long story short, my receiver works and was returned in an acceptable time even after needing parts from the manufacturer. I know you're upset because your electronics gave out. It sucks. Take it to AJ in Plano and you're golden. I was.

My experience was from a couple years ago, but it was so comically bad I thought I'd share. I took my car in and specified I wanted two 12" subwoofers. They said that these wouldn't fit in my car (2003 Mustang) and that I'd need to move down to two 10" subwoofers. They proposed a custom box, which came out to over $1,300. This was NOT what I wanted and it was more than twice what I wanted to pay. I ended up taking my car to a hole-in-the-wall shop and they had a box in stock for 12" subwoofers in a Mustang. Just over $500. These were later stolen and I've since had a completely different box with 12" subwoofers installed. So, yes, I needed to move down to 10" and a custom box right? Wrong. I was out the door for 40% of what they quoted with the product I desired. I'm not sure if this is ignorance of the staff or if they're expected to push custom boxes due to a higher margin, but I came out WAY ahead by going elsewhere.
