I heart science. If science was a religion then I would definitely be a Scientologist. Wait, what?
Among my favourite fiction authors are James Rollins, and for sci-fi, probably Peter F. Hamilton. Tough to pick a non-fiction author as it entirely depends on the subject of which I read about many. Though I do like how David Eagleman writes to name one.
I have a Latina infatuation.
If I add you to my circles then please don't feel obliged to reciprocate. You are welcome to do so if you would like but you will not cause any sort of offense if you don't.
The circles I would best fit in would be:
3/14 is an American date format.
International Standard dates are of the form yyyy.mm.dd
So the first (and only) international Pi Day will be on
And then only if you relax the standard a little. It should really be 3141.05.09 which isnt Pi at all...
See you in 1027 years!
So this has just made me cry. If you can spare ten minutes I recommend this to make you smile.
Eight-year-old Owen Hawkins has Schwartz-Jampel syndrome, a condition which causes his muscles to constantly seize involuntarily. Before he met Haatchi he had agoraphobia and socially withdrawn. When Haatchi met Owen the pair bonded immediately and began to support each other. Haatchi’s effect on Owen was immediate.
What absolute parasites these people are. Complete frauds that no respectable test has ever authenticated. In fact tests always end up embarrassing these cretins, however, what can only be fairly described as 'complete suckers' still believe in their abilities and pay them for supposed readings. Basically an onslaught of Barnum statements which the self-primed mind absorbs and translates them into experiences that happen to them. There should be a law against these people.
Some of these are really amusing.
Woah, woah, woah, hang on a minute. I hope Americans don't look at us English and see Piers Morgan. He's his own man as we all are, and does not represent the rest of the English people.
