Quietly would require a bill to be passed but I understand your point.

I really think this whole thing has fallen apart for the ABS in just how poorly they sold this idea. I have no idea how names and addresses helps either and they can't seem to provide a good answer.

U can't answer other on the gender bit? That is fucking stupid in this day and age. I couldn't believe that.

Saying all that census data like even ludlum says is hugely important to alot of ppl so i'll be filling it in.
