Trehel is nearing completion of exterior and interior finishes at the Camperdown Office Building One project site in Greenville, SC. The new 33,859 square-foot facility to be will serve as the new headquarters for the Greenville News once work has concluded.

Trehel recently completed the first phase at Chimney Point family camp, which included the construction five duplex cabins totaling 13,280 square-feet. The second project phase is underway and will feature a dining hall, swimming pool and accommodations for resident camp staff members.

Last week a crew from Waldrop Inc. hoisted the cooling tower onto the roof for installation at the Camperdown Office Building One project in downtown Greenville, SC. Trehel is serving as the General Contractor for the new $6.2 million facility.

Work nears completion at the College Parke student housing project site in Anderson, SC. Trehel is providing preconstruction and construction services for the $3.6 million development consisting of 24 townhomes.

Trehel provided pre-construction and construction services for the 45,861 square-foot facility featuring a 1,000 seat auditorium, large gathering areas, retail space and administration offices. Also included in the $6.2 million project is a KidSpring wing focused children’s ministry engagement. The first service at the new worship facility is scheduled for Sunday, August 7.

Trehel reached a milestone today at the Camperdown project site in downtown Greenville, SC as we have topped off the building with the symbolic placement of an American Flag.

The renovation and addition project continues at Fair-Oak Elementary School in Westminster, SC. Additions include a new gymnasium, cafeteria and classroom space. Trehel is serving as the Construction Manager at Risk for the project.
