There's probably no better way to spend your day off chilling in a chair in your back yard enjoying the nature. Most people who own private homes would agree that plants, specifically trees, make our yards look beautiful and provide us with lots of benefits such as shade, privacy and moreover, ...

Fragrant flowers, beautiful, shiny, evergreen foliage, colorful edible and delicious fruits, a well behaved root system and the ability to adjust to different types or methods of cultivation make the dwarf citrus one of the most valuable plants for modern home gardening.

Best Time To Plant Trees. Gardener planting tree in spring. When should you plant new trees? Many people plant in spring, probably because they want to do some gardening at that time of year. Others claim that fall planting is better. Here is what the experts say.

Good chances are that after the long winter, there are at least some patches in your turf that are either sparse or completely bare. Those spots can lend themselves to erosion, as well as spoil the overall appearance of your lawn. Fortunately, there are some fairly easy steps you can take to ...

The bicycle-eating tree is probably familiar to most residents of Washington, since it's located on Vashon Island, Washington (and won a 1994 contest to select the most unusual places or events in the Washington-Oregon area). It's been featured in Ripley's Believe It Or Not, ...

Pruning Fruit Trees - I had a weak crotch split my pear tree in half last winter. This is definitely what I needed to see!

HOW DO TREES SURVIVE IN WINTER?
With notes on winter pruning. Trees are about 50% water. So in the dead of winter, with temperatures reaching double-digits below freezing, how do trees not freeze and burst like water pipes? The truth is, that often enough trees do freeze in the winter, at least in part.

One of the most wonderful things about fall is the spectacular displays of fall leaf color. The vibrant hues of crimson, oranges and yellow foliage along the streets enliven the daily commute. Searching and finding the best fall trees is often a destination trip for many across the country.

Christmas is a special time for making memories. Most memories don't come from gifts, although those slippers that look like giant stuffed roosters from the farm certainly make a lasting impression. Christmas trees on the other hand have a way of making a lasting memory just like the special ...

I am very disappointed with Tree Doctors as they failed to show up for scheduled appointments, TWO times. Three weeks ago, I found lots of caterpillars on my backyard trees. They ate the leaves as well as the plants under, even flower buds. Terrified, I did a google search and found this company, who seems to have a good rating. I contacted them and the lady who answered my phone promised me that a technician will come over for a visit in three business days. Sounded reasonable, so I waited. Two weeks passed, nobody showed up. I contacted them again, explained the situation, and was asked to provide my information yet once again (I doubt if this company has a database that keeps all customer's information). The nice lady who answered my phone promised me to send someone over either on the same day or the following day, which is today. I waited until it's past 4pm, still nobody showed up. I decided to forget about being polite and be a little pushy. Called again. The nice lady I spoke to told me I called only one day ago and it takes THREE business days for someone to actually show up. She also told me that nobody is going to come over today. Well I would really appreciate it if she told me this the first time I called. Now the caterpillars in my backyard probably already finished what they were supposed to do. Damage to my tress are already done. I will have to say that this company is either totally ignorant to customer's urgent needs, or managed badly. Totally disappointed.

We called in Tree Doctors to remove a tree which had fallen on our property after a storm. We got an arborist report and then had the tree removed. Tree Doctors responded to our emergency call and rushed to the spot. Thank you so much.

I noticed the trees in my yard were looking jaded and I asked Tree Doctors to analyse the soil. They noticed it needed fertilization and I was glad to let them do it. They are experts in this and they did a thorough job to ensure the trees got lot of fertilizers. I noticed my trees looked a little better after a few days and this has continued since then. Thank you so much for your expertise. I was really worried about my trees.

Tree Doctors offer one of the cheapest rates for holiday lights. I got lights installed from them and I went with their decision of using power saving LED lights. It is essential for us to be environmentally conscious in these times. Thank you Tree Doctors.

This review has been edited so read the update too. Previous review "As part of the job and according to their contract "The crew will remove all dead, weak, broken, compromised and dangerous branches. Lower limbs overhanging the driveway and the roof of the garage." During the process they damaged but not removed a large branch. I insisted them to remove the branch completely. They resisted with the excuse that they can't remove more from this tree and the branch condition is OK. After a while now the same branch fell down and it is completely hanging. they refuse to come over and take care of the situation or even come and see the tree. They ask us to hire them again and pay extra for the same job. I'm totally dissatisfied with their service. Hope you think twice if you want to hire this company." Update: OK, I have to take my words back. They just came and fixed the problem quickly and smoothly free of charge. We satisfied with the results. I actually recommend them as they care about the company reputation and as a result customer satisfactions. Thank you Tree Doctors Inc.

We needed some tall trees trimmed because the branches were brushing against our roof. We went to Tree Doctors and they did our job perfectly. They did this at a very reasonable cost. Thumbs up.

My mother’s house has a big yard filled with weeds and this year I wanted her to see small saplings and trees. I called Tree Doctors to clear the yard and to plant apple, orange and peach trees so that they would grow and give her fruit. They came and did such a professional job when my mother was away. I thought it wouldn’t be possible but they did the job quicker than I expected. Much appreciated!

We have this cluster of ancient looking trees at the back of our garden and our children like to play under them. But we noticed some of the branches were looking dead and in danger of breaking off. A red flag went up in my head and my husband settled for Tree Doctors after asking around. The team was extremely courteous and friendly and you could see they loved their work. Very happy with the results as now my kids can play safely while I try to get some work done!
