Again. Please stop prosecuting former NFL Cheerleaders for blowing teenaged boys, or you might end up discouraging that kind of behavior. Which of course, is FUCKING CRAZY!
Is it different? I don't know, I have never been a teenage girl. But I've been a teenage boy, and this is not a crime, it's a goddamned Lottery Win. Teen boys who get this kind of guidance will probably be better for their future partners, they will probably be better men overall. If nothing else, they will will have had the Most Awesome Sophomore Year - Ever.
When I was a teen, we had movies, on this exact subject. Hit movies, even. This was a stated goal of the teenage boy organization. My age gap romance wasn't nearly this pronounced or super fantastic, but it was really good for me. Made me a better lover, better boyfriend, better person. Thank you to my statutory rapist, you were an angel, and I'd never rat you out. Tiger couldn't claw it out of me.
This is just ridiculous. It's becoming an SNL skit. Seriously, a former NFL Cheerleader and Fitness Model, blowing a teenaged boy at a beachhouse, and we are treating her like a criminal.
If we want to just say it's a double standard, that's ok. We already have a big, glaring double standard when two people, both drunk beyond consent have sex - guy is guilty of rape. The California Supreme Court even admitted to the double standard, and said that they were ok with it. We've got them out there, and this should be one, too. Call it the Former Cheerleader Exception. I'll draft the legislation myself.
