Stayed 2 nights at this beautiful resort. Tons of great amenities. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Price was reasonable for the beach. I would stay there again.

Beautiful, enjoyed the slide, the accomodations, customer service, etc. Only downside was a fight broke out in the (sort of) acknowledged family pool (side pool, not the one closest to the bar..) lots of cursing and management stepped in to handle it promptly. I've only been once previously, approx. 15 years ago. Elevators are a tad small, and the hallways seems a bit run down (dingy... new wallpaper and carpet needed maybe?) Otherwise PERFECT place to stay!

I love this place. It has FOUR pools, two normal pools, one shallow pool under a roof (good if you don't want sunburn), and an adult only pool next to the bar. Plus they have a little wading area for babies. So many places to get food and drinks here. There's paddle boats, putt putt golf, a giant slide. You never have to leave the resort. Tons of shaded cabanas on the beach. If you're there in season you can see tons of sting rays in the water which is so cool. I even got to touch a few as they swam by. (Don't worry, they don't usually sting, unless you step on them.) You can walk right over to their sister hotel Guy Harvey, and see the touch tank and roast smores at night, and their restaurant Rum Fish is so cool. I recommend going there.

Wonderful time! We're staying in the Banyan section of Island Grand. My husband is attending a conference being held here in the 'off season'. The 2 of us were given a 4 bed suite! 2 bedrooms with a living room with (mostly) full kitchen. We were given Activity wrist bands that allow us no cost access to many resort activities. Lots to do here. We had read reviews that said the condition of the rooms was bad - We didn't experience that at all. The restaurant and shops on the property have higher prices than we're use to but it's situated in a populated area so you don't have to pay for the convenience. We also read that guests were asked to join their Time Share program - We have not been approached by any sales people. All the employees have been extra helpful and unusually pleasant.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous, has various amenities! Definitely kid friendly, activities planned throughout the day. Exceptional staff from the front desk, concierge service to housekeeping. Very accommodating in meetings my needs, would definitely recommend and want to plan for a future visit already!

It was a great place for an event. We attended a rehearsal dinner there and the staff was willing to assist anyway they could. The food was fantastic and it was a great atmosphere.
