Empowering students to use their strengths, share their voices, inquire, and listen are pivotal. When I was in the classroom, my students learned about their strengths and created a presentation to share out their strengths. If you have a chance to watch, you'll hear how their empathy grew for peers who had different strengths, and it helped all of them bond and grow in confidence.
