Hmmm. Gotta train those Brits to jump like you do Tracy. Their enthusiasm is there, but the form is off!😀

I spent a few hours today with fellow Googlers scraping, priming and painting the fence at a beautiful park on Cobble Hill.

I am thankful to work for a company that supports both local and global communities year-round.

I went to Bareburger for the first time this week and the burger was pretty good. The fries, however, were the best!

Great little pub on Stone Street that has a killer selection of beer and cider, with a $15 bloody mary bar. The staff is really friendly and they have killer chips, too.

This is a beautiful carousel during the day and I imagine it being even more beautiful at night when the lighted carousel fish are truly visible. At $5, it's a great deal for a 3-4 minute ride. It's not fast at all and moves rather whimsically. They have a small souvenir shop at the entrance and take photos of everyone before the ride begins which you can purchase on the way out. Pair the carousel with a free ride on the Staten Island Ferry.

Beautiful little park in the heart of Cobble Hill. While you won't find public restrooms here, you will find beautiful plants, tons of benches and picnic-type tables to enjoy.

Pretty decent selection of wines, beers and soft liquors. They even have the tiny individual serving glasses of wine, which was convenient.

Typical Irish pub in Midtown East with higher than average priced drinks. If there's a parade nearby, arrive early to secure seats and be ready to wait 15+ minutes for the restroom. Otherwise, bartenders are friendly, if not a little too friendly to other patrons when you're waiting for a drink.

This place gets four stars solely for the delicious food. If you are looking for fast or great service, this isn't the place for you. If you are, however, looking for amazing food served in giant portions at a great price, it is for you. I've had the potato pancakes on three occasions now and have never been disappointed. They also serve cornbread and chocolate chip bread upon sitting down with the best butter in the world. Don't miss either. Plan to bring home leftovers because the portions are HUGE.

This is a great location to grab a drink after work at the bar or to have a celebratory meal. It's not cheap at all, but the food is beyond amazing in a classic, not too overdone setting. The staff is VERY attentive, the decor is great and they know their dishes and wine lists. I would return again but wish the portions were bigger given the hefty pricetag.
