Great and I mean totally awesome friendly service personnel. From the greeters all the way throughout your day. If your military they remember you, 10 % discount. It is a total delight going there.

Dont be fooled by the pre qualification here at this dealer. It all started good but went sour when they sent me a letter in the mail, saying i had to bring the vehicle back or renegotiate the terms of our deal. They assured me before taking my car home that everything was good, i was well qualified. So after a week or so i tried to renegotiate but now they wanted more money a month and a higher interest rate and for longer amount of years. The original deal was $258 a month at 13.99 % at 60 months. The new deal was $340 a month at 72 months with a 20% interest rate. I would have ended ip paying over 20 thousand for the car. One of the finance guys said he would try everything to help me out, but when i called him he was on the phone with for no more than 5 minutes and said he couldnt do anything for me and either i take the the new deal or bring the car back. So i brought the car back, told them to give me back my trade in and they did. But not before they tried to renegotiate a newer deal and they were now finally "trying" to help me. I ended up getting a better deal at Pacific Auto Sales in Fontana on Valley blvd. I got a better deal and my new deal was $290 a month, at 60 months at 9.99 % interest rate. So this was my experience, i strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Oh and this happened in October of 2015.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. This dealership came highly recommended from a few buddies that bought cars from here. I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership I was in and out within about an hour with a brand new car and a great experience. Anytime I need a new car I definitely will be going back,it is worth the drive.Ely Rivera and Pablo Bustamante were absolutely amazing. No haggle pricing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new toyota.

Pablo Bustamante and Eddie Awad are top notch sales guys and even better people. They treated me with respect and didn't try to take advantage of me. I got an awesome deal and I felt they bent over backwards to get me into my new car! Great customer service and very trustworthy!

After days of test drives and research at other local dealerships, I was fed up with the whole process (and the greasy, pushy salesmen). That all changed when I stepped onto the lot at Toyota of San Bernardino. Being a first time car buyer--and a woman--is an intimidating experience but Jim Stark and all the guys at Toyota SB were so helpful and made the process an absolute breeze. Jim was knowledgeable about both cars I was looking at and gave me all the facts on both. Even sitting in the finance department to sign the final paperwork was a pleasant experience thanks to Scott. From scoping out the cars to the test drives to driving out of the lot with my new car, the whole experience was great. They are truly a different breed there! :)

Worst, worst experience ever is not the first time I get a car. The salesman who help me very helpful guy I can't complain for his services his name is Erick great guy, but the worst service I ever had is their financial department Mr.Jeff I personally ask for a purchase order that I was going to submit with my bank and my banker was going to do all my paperwork for me and my wife, 3 days after we get a call from Wells saying that a dealer have submitted an application and it has decline based on the interview with him and us . So now I have to use Mr.Jeff resources to finance the car it's been 3 weeks and he still asking to fax different paperwork. If your a Latino or Hispanic stay away from this guy... He is not helpful.....if you want to make a complain good luck

Love my 2016 Toyota Camry Special Edition. I went to the dealership a lil intimidated on buying a car as a single woman. This feeling went away quick when I met the salesman Pablo . He told me that I didn't have to buy anything that day that we could just look at cars and get a quote to see if the numbers were comfortable for me. Once I found the car that I really liked he was very informative and showed me lots of features on the car that made me fall in love with the car even more. Once we went inside he offered me water which I thought was nice. We soon did a" no obligation" credit application as he called it:) and got some numbers. He introduced me to his manager Edd Awad who had a great attitude and didn't push me into a decision. They game me a moment to think about the deal and I felt it was such a great deal with the 0% interest that I took the car home that day. I love the car and think I found a new home dealership. They have sent me emails asking about the car since the purchase and still seem to be interested in me as a customer even after the deal was made:)

I just wanted to acknowledge the great staff at the San Bernardino location. This is my second time buying a vehicle and the staff has been very helpful. Both Andrew Mahroum and Manny for going above and beyond in customer care. I want to give Manny Sagastume a big thank you for always being helpful, patient, kind and taking care of me. He is always welcoming and makes me feels like family. Thank you again to the two gentleman, I will see you again in the future.
