Service was excellent. First time there and guy that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Making an appointment was easy and although oil change took a little more than an hour, I was happy with the ice cold quiet room. Thank you!

I like this dealer better than the Ontario dealer even though they don't have a cafe and their lobby isn't as nice as the Ontario dealer lobby is. In the beginning we took our 2012 Prius in for mostly oil changes. We usually took advantage of their shuttle service which has about a 10 mile radius. We always had an appointment and the oil changes were usually completed within two hours. This is because they always do a 40 point inspection and wash your car for free. It's part of their service. (According to AAA, a 40 point inspection is an $80 value at a AAA shop.) Then we got coupons from the Ontario Toyota dealer so we went there for our 2006 Toyota Sienna. We had a 9 am appointment. The service guy, Jeff Wade, told us it would take about "2 or 3 hours." We didn't get our minivan back until well after 2:30 pm! He then claimed he had actually told us "sometime this afternoon." My dad and I agreed we would stick with the San Bernardino dealer even though it's slightly further away because SB has never done us this way. If you get here early enough there is fresh coffee and yeast donuts available. They also have password protected wifi, which Ontario doesn't. update 05/24/2015: They no longer automatically offer the 40 point inspection. They do mail my dad free coupons for the 40 point inspection on a regular basis so it pretty much works out to be the same thing anyway.

Purchased a car there a few months ago. Of course the purchasing process takes all day! Be prepared to take a day off from work if you plan on doing this during a work day, and pack some food (might as well make a picnic out of the experience). Also purchased a maintenance plan, oil changes etc... I was told that I could take the plan to any Toyota dealer and it would be honored, LIE! I have to drive all the way out to the dealer where the plan was purchased, so if you move far, guess what, you'd better be good at adding 'cause you can easily go over the recommended oil change interval. Now, for the maintenance service: it takes one and a half hours to perform an oil change! Why!? Can the mechanics not drain the oil, go work on another car and periodically check that the oil has finished draining? I believe that is called multitasking, I do it all the time! Seems like its a FIFO system, then whats the point of forcing customers to make appointments? I am not happy with the service. I understand they may have a high volume of cars they are working on, but, do they not have a floor jack and a set of jack stands (maybe a creeper for mechanic comfort) to do a simple oil change that should take at most thirty minutes. I feel like I wasted money purchasing the maintenance contract as I could have done the oil changes myself at home and not have to spend all that time at the dealer. Yes they have a shuttle, but they will only take you so far; I highly doubt that they would be willing to take me back to my house in the mountains then come get me once the car was finished the next morning. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from any dealer again, you other dealers can thank these dip-sticks for that. Maybe if I was not lied to in the beginning Toyota of SBD would have actually gotten three stars.... MAYBE! Sucks for me that I have to return to this establishment so I can have the feeling that I didn't waste money on the maintenance contract. Oh, and those that gave this place five stars, you KNOW they work or worked here and gave a FALSE review to up their rating. That should tell you just how much of a lie this place is and you should take your business and money else where!

3 trips to this dealership in two weeks. 1st time, salesman no showed no called during appointment. 2nd time, no show no call for appointment, vehicle I wanted and told was there was not there. 3rd time, shown 7 vehicles, salesman was contradictory at the best of times, sales manager was no better. They became less "functional" (As if that were possible) when I wouldn't accept the sticker price, pulled a 2nd hard pull on my credit, still played silly games, sent me home again for a "bank decision". Now, I won't be back no matter what the excuse they use next to try to get me to come back to the dealership. Emailed the owner of the dealership 3 times about the issues there, no response. If you're reading the reviews and come across this, really, look elsewhere. You won't appreciate the aggravation you'll experience as a result in dealings with this place. I highly suspect the "positive" ratings" are Toyota employees ghosting reviews.

Had my oil change but they did not put back the screws instead they use the ziptie To hold the cover in addition to that is the oil leak. I tried to call them three times but the manager did not bother to return my call. Instead of taking care of my car they mess it up! I should have brought my car else where may be they know how to do things right!

This dealership steals from their customers they say their cars are certified like new and a week later it left me stranded and they said they gave me a brand new battery but they gave me a defective battery and now they say it's not their problem because it was used. All they want is for the loan to be finalized so they can say it's your problem now even though the total loan amount is over 20k. Please be careful these people sell lemons

Purchased a 2014 Tundra TRD on 3/14 . Went there 3/12 to see what was available.I found what I was looking for and mentioned to Frank, a sales rep that I had inquired about COSTCO pricing online. He then contacted Nabeel A. the fleet Manager regarding the vehicle.Nabeel then sat my wife and I down and ran the numbers.I was very happy with the cost vs sticker price.There was a zero percent interest promotion going at this time and we qualified. The experience was very smooth and went off without a hitch. I have bought a few vehicles in my time and this was by far the smoothest and most stress free experience ever. Costco and Toyota have left me a believer in this program.
