I have had my Toyota Corolla for almost 2 years now, and from the very beginning, for each of the mileage 'warranty' check-ups, Chris Rinker has been my "go to" guy. Well, okay, he did have some personal 'things' to take care of away from the Dealership, so other very competent people helped me with the "check-ups", but Chris has been the one (the #1) guy watching over my Toyota, and seeing that everything is checked out and repaired so that I am safe on the Streets and Highways - and he does all this with such a pleasant, caring demeanor! Yes, always with a smile! So far, under his guidance, traveling in my car makes me very happy, and I feel very safe. Now, if he could only do something about the constant TRAFFIC!!!!

Great experience. After some confusion about an issue I was having with my brakes, Mark Lewis took great care of me and my car. He was prompt to make sure that my issue was resolved and made sure to follow up with me to ensure everything was running great. Honestly, great service and if you have a chance, ask for Mark!

Juan was super helpful, explained things clearly and was efficient. The only downside was I initially scheduled an appt online for a late afternoon, thinking this appt availability meant it would get worked on that day. However, when I showed up I was told I could simply drop it off overnight and they would look at it in the morning. I ended up driving my car home and just waiting to bring it back the next day as I could not be without my car overnight. If this was initially explained when requesting an appt time, it wouldve saved me time and the drive over (Twice).

I get my service done through Eddie Sandoval, and he is always very nice and approachable. You can even text or call him directly to set up service appointments which is a nice option. This past visit, my car got a 10,000-mile service along with a look at a problem with the front passenger speaker. I was there six hours, but they claimed that they couldn't recreate the problem that I was describing. I waited in the dealership the entire time, so I just wish that they would have come out to me and asked me to take the car for a drive in order to show them what I'm talking about. As soon as I got on the highway on my way home after the whole ordeal, the speaker cut out. It just frustrates me that now I'm going to have to go back and probably wait another six hours while they try and fix it again. No working individual has that kind of time, unless you get shuttled into work while they are working on it (which isn't an option if you aren't close to it). On a good note, I do travel from downtown LA to this particular dealership because I like them so much. I believe that this past visit was an exception and not the usual. Plus, you're close to the beach and the 3rd St. Promenade, so you have ways to waste away the hours that your waiting for your car. Despite the long wait, I'll still be getting all of my service done at this dealership through Eddie for sure. EDIT 6 months later: Again, Eddie Sandoval is just a great service rep. I feel like he really has my best interests in mind considering we were talking about benefits of extending my care package now versus waiting until my lease ends to get a new care package. For routine service, I was in and out in a couple hours, and Eddie even recommended a good place to grab breakfast while I wait. Thanks again!

I was lucky enough to work with Service Adviser Pedro Lozano. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. He checked if there were any recalls for my 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid right when I was there and called me to keep me updated on any changes or issues. My car was ready even sooner than I expected. All in all, a great experience.

My sales advisor, Diana Loncar told me she could get my out of my Camry and into a new Prius in two hours. I arrived on a Saturday at 10AM and drove away with that new car smell at Noon. I got the deal I asked for, the terms and no haggling. She also told me about many little short cuts and updates to the navigation and voice commands that I wasn't aware of. All in all Diana made the experience easy and educational. Happy motoring.
