Great place to buy a car. I have purchased my 4th car from Toyota of Naperville. Kareem, our car sales consultant has work with us since the beginning and always goes the extra mile to satisfy our needs. He is more than a salesman but a member of our family, Emma (my wife) and I are so blessed to have him by our side. Doesn't matter if I spend one hour or the whole day there, I know that I will find what I need and I will receive the right price. Coffee, water, hot chocolate is always available, as well as great people, everyone has always a big and sincere smile. As I said before, It is a great place to buy a car.

Harvey Nyien was our Sales Consultant and from the very beginning he was very helpful with our buying experience. We came in late in the evening to look at a Rav4. We knew we would have to come back another time, but we just wanted to "get our feet wet" in the car buying experience as it had been a number of years since we had purchased a car. We have two previous Toyota's that are older vehicles, but are still going strong. We knew we wanted to buy another Toyota. Harvey was very patient with all of our questions and we ended up making an appointment and coming back to see him. At that point in time I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else because he was so patient with all of my questions. Buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to do, but this time was very different. I would HIGHLY recommend Harvey as a Sales Consultant and will refer my friends to him for their future purchases. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as explaining the different options available to us. Plus, after we purchased the vehicle he spent time giving us a tutorial of the dashboard, audio, phone, etc. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Harvey.

We have been Toyota of Naperville customers since 2000, have purchased 5 cars through Toyota of Naperville and plan to continue. Most recently, our experience with Mike Beck and Dustin Boundy were outstanding. All of our needs were met and exceeded. The entire transaction was handled professionally throughout and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. It is a bonus that there is a nice waiting area where our children were entertained by a kid-friendly TV, computers and free wi-fi for their devices. It was also nice to have coffee and water available to us during the process.

I had a tremendous experience purchasing my certified used Toyota Prius V from Harvey. He was courteous, low-pressure, and very informative. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and with ease. Harvey also followed up with me shortly after my purchase to make sure that everything was going well with my new car. He guided us all along the way, from selecting a vehicle, taking a test drive, getting the best deal, and getting the car ready for delivery. We purchase a used Toyota Camry a couple of weeks ago. I should point out a certified Camry. The warranty is great peace of mind and longer than many new car warranties. We bought a 2014 for our kids to drive and the car is awesome. The dealership only takes in beautiful cars and makes sure the are not only reliable but also brand new like in appearance. We all look for the best deal and I definitely did get it here. I did my research and looked at many different dealers, individual sellers and even rental companies. Nobody had a better price and none had a warranty like this. We all look for price and warranty first but most beneficial to me was the staff. Elizabeth was our salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and led us directly to what we wanted. They have so many vehicles to chose from so they were not trying to make something close work but rather got us the exact vehicle we wanted. I made the mistake of not buying it on spot though. I waited and came in the next day to buy it. The car was being sold as I walked in to buy. It broke my boys hearts. We had picked out features only available in a 2014 and a half model and wanted white. They found the same vehicle with less miles and got it in right away. We ended up with even a better deal due to their compassion and understanding of our situation. Too many businesses just worry about how much money they can make. This dealership worries more about how well they can service their customers. I know they could have sold the vehicle we bought for more money to someone else, but again the money part is not as important as the customer service. I suggest we all should consider the service, reputation and understanding the business shows over the price. Here you likely get it all though. I seriously think no need to shop around. Naperville Toyota will give you the best deal, best warranty, and the best service! Thank you Naperville Toyota.

We just purchased our third Toyota from Toyota of Naperville. We love our new Sienna. We were particulary impressed with our salesman, Nadeem Mirza. Not only was he warm and friendly, he was professional and knowledge about all the features of the car. He was patient and took his time walking us through setting up the electronics as well as the features of the car. He is the type of sales person who makes buying a car a pleasure. We will be return customers.
