*I give Toyota of Melbourne 5 stars, but their customer service only 2 stars* While I love my Corolla and Toyota in general, I do wish that their customer service representatives were more pleasant. I took my car in for maintenance and when I went to pick it up I went to the customer service gave a friendly "Hello" to the blonde with tattoos, she then just stared at me blankly until I said "I'm here to pick up my car." Again, her only response was a blank stare until I gave her my name. She then pulled out my key, called over a salesman (who was much friendlier than her) to escort me to my car. She literally did not say a word to me. If you can not fake pleasantries enough to say things like "Hi" or "How can I help you?" or "This is Mr. Salesman, he'll take you to your car" then maybe customer service is not the right position for you to work in. I don't feel like I'm asking too much to be greeted with a smile and a "Hello" at the company that my husband and I spend thousands of dollars at (We're a Toyota family, now and forever).

Thank you Scott P. for helping me find my beautiful car. I was overwhelmed but you put me at ease. You followed up and checked on me which I appreciated more than I can say. You rock Scott!

I came in a while back and worked with Tom Beer. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was a true pleasure to deal with. We ended up coming back in on his day off and dealt with Laura Smit who was also great to deal with. Kudos to Toyota of Melbourne for keeping a great staff and having the best product around!

Their service department is the worst. After 700 miles on my 2 week old truck I noticed the window plastic coming loose. Took it in and they pretty much accused me of trying to take it apart to work on the speakers. Check my XM stations: classic country and Tom Petty on preset doesn't scream a guy trying to blast his music. They told me to go back to the place I bought it from. I'm not driving to tampa I said. I was cursing up a storm and they took me out of the dealership to show me the truck and told me to "take responsibility for it". At one point Kirby the service dept. manager asked if I was from "this side of town" and that i can't be cursing in his store. Yes. Kirby. I'm not a piece of Palm Bay trash if that's what you are insinuating. I own a pretty nice 4/2 on the beach and the two Tacomas I bought last month are worth more than you make in a year. I called the dealership I bought it from and the service dept. manager had told me they had problems with this. Talked me through how to fix it with a flathead screwdriver and a towel. One piece had fallen out and they are sending it to me. Toyota made 4 billion last year and you can't fix a $40 part? They wanted to charge me $600 for a new panel. Get with it dudes.

Good Afternoon Mr. Verzaal. We appreciate you visiting our store for your repairs and apologize for the confusion. The damages on your vehicle are not covered under warranty as warrantable items are defective workmanship or defective parts. We have contacted the dealer which sold you the vehicle to find out if they are willing to good will any of the damaged items on your vehicle as the repairs are substantially more than $40. We are trying to gather as much information as we can to assist you and we will try our best to get all of your concerns resolved.

My direct sale person is Roger Thompson. Roger is very helpful. He did not say too much, push you for some sale, but make you feel trustworthy. He explained the functions of the car clearly, patently. He gave me ride when I needed it. Managers are very caring. They come in at necessary time to confirm the deal. Web connector keep the communication going. Thank you all.

I was a bit sceptical when I first stepped in, I was greeted when I first walked in by an individual named Javier. He was very helpful on understanding what kind of car would tailor my needs and will secure me on the road. He goes above and beyond what your average salesman will do in terms of taking care of the customer. Great job and keep up the good work!

I wanted to make a good comment on salesman P Scott. He was very patient with me from the very beginning. Unfortunately I had to come back 3 times, but Scott made sure I was taken care of each time. I was there for a very long time the first 2 days and thought I would have to go to work before they were done. Scott made sure that I had a loner to go home and get ready for work and eat. If i would have had to take the car to work ,Scott was going to bring mine to me. what a relief. and also I am glad that you have WIFI for me to keep from getting too bored!! Thanks much! Guess I only get to comment one time. Wanted to say something about Frank in Service. He was very informative to me. Explained to me all that was going on each time and tried to take car of it as quickly as possible. Thanks so much.

The salesman we dealt with was Sage Mitchell. Even though we came in only to get general info, he was super helpful!! He showed us all the benefits of the Tacoma and Tundra, and was very patient with my elderly father.. I will definitely go to Melborune Toyota, and see Sage Mitchell when we go to buy a car
