After reading other reviews, sounds like they generally suck you in with a good purchasing experience, then can't be bothered with you for good customer service. Took my car in last week for a recall on the recall of the airbags. I work 50+ hours a week and don't have a lot of time to get errands done. I made an 8 am appointment and checked my car in at 5:15 the evening before. Everyone said it would be 3-4 hours. I asked them to look at my headlight beams (which I asked them to do at the last recall but was never done). That doesn't take 2 1/2 hours. I got my car back middle of the afternoon - 6 and 1/2 hours. Had to reschedule other things planned for the afternoon. I was livid with their callous disregard as I cooled my heels waiting to go get my car. And inconveniencing my husband to leave work to take me whenever they decided to have it ready. I would NEVER willingly choose to subject myself to them again. To make matters worse, I just got another notice of a recall again in today's mail. I'm so afraid it's something different. Shouldn't they have known that? So disappointed with this business.

I have taken all my Toyotas there for any maintenance I can’t do myself or isn’t covered under the warranty since 2010. They have been super honest about all repairs, best example is a 3rd party “brake shop “ said I need a new everything (pads rotors all around). Called T of FW and their “worst case” price was less off the bat, also they told me I just needed new front pads once they had it up on the rack. In short they took such good care of my Prius and RAV4, I bought my Camry from them when the Prius transmission died. I should also mention their parts department is very knowledgeable, and their prices are pretty competitive with high end aftermarket stuff for the DIY repairs.

I only wish I could rate them with zero stars. Did a deal with the used car lot at this place. I was lied to by my salesman in order for them to make more money on my trade-in. I understand that these guys need to make money in order to stay in business. They told me they would sell my trade-in for $11,000 and they could give me $9,000 for it since they needed to make a little on the deal. This seemed at the time completely reasonable. I find out that they are now listing my vehicle for $13,000. I guess they are making some money on this deal now! I agreed to a certain price because I felt they needed to make a profit. It's not OK for them to make $4,000 on a $13,000 car! They in turn lied to me and made me a fool. These guys are dishonest, show no integrity, and then they ask you to send them more business. Steer clear, way clear of this shady outfit.

I went to multiple dealerships when looking to buy a 2015 4Runner Trail. Every other dealership treated me so poorly that I was beyond frustrated with the entire car buying experience. I went to Toyota of FW at 6 o'clock on a Thursday and walked out by 7:30 with the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. Chase was wonderful and worked hard to get me the price I wanted. He treated me with respect and listened to what I wanted on the vehicle without arguing or trying to sell me on something "better." He ended up matching the lowest quote I received from any other dealer and honestly I felt good about my purchase because of the way I was treated. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD and FAIR dealership. No hassle. No gimmicks. Thanks to Chase and management for a great experience and even better price!

The service department not good at all. I had different bad experiences so far for service work. First time I took my truck for having rust on the back seat mounts. At first it the service was good and they said they would get it touch with me for the fix since they have to see what corporate Toyota wanted to do, which was fine. I had to call about 3 weeks later. Then the service advisor made it look like it was all fine, I was more of an inconvenience , and that it should not be fixed. I took the truck in for the work and when I got it back there was still 2 spots with rust missed. I mentioned it to the service advisor and he responded with sarcasm. I took the truck for the second time and on that time it seemed that they ran out of the correct paint and used a glossy paint different from the front seats. At that point I just let it be. I took the truck for the 15000 service and got the upgraded car wash. They claim it is hand wash, but it looked it was passed through the machine. A lot of missed spots and dirty rims. I had personally cleaned my windows a week before and now I could se the water marks from the dirty rags on the windows. I did the survey and they apologized and told me to bring it in again and they'll take care of it , which is good on their part. I was ok with it and needed to take the truck in anyways because it has a noise in the bed area. I called to get an appointment and have it checked out, since it is still under warranty. First time they send me to a voicemail, which I got no call back, and I called again and was told that I had to pay a diagnostic fee of around $130. First time I hear that I have to pay under warranty. I probably won't even go back for the wash. I will definitely will be using another dealer.

Outstanding and awesome! We were searching for the elusive 2015 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro and our search ended here. Jonathon Brown and the internet sales team completed most of the transaction, to include a price for our trade, prior to me making the 350 mile trek to Fort Worth. Sales Consultant, Tony Mendiola, met me when I arrived and started the transaction which took about 1.5 hours to complete. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've had and we've had many. We appreciate great customer service and the folks at Toyota of Fort Worth made us want to buy this vehicle from them. Well worth the drive. Thank you.

I had a fine experience when I bought my car at Toyota of FW, but I've not had good experiences with the Service Department since then. I've had to take my car in 4 times in the last year and a half for recalls. The last time I took it in, I had a voucher for what I (and everyone else who saw it) thought was a free oil change. I clarified what the voucher was for with the service rep twice before the oil change was done. Afterward, they tried to tell me I misunderstood the voucher and get me to pay for the full oil change. I didn't end up paying for it, but there was much back and forth and hassle in order to get to the bottom of things. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and did something wrong. This last time I had a recall, I called to make an appointment, and twice was put on hold without being greeted at all on the phone. No one ever came back to answer my call. I had to stay on hold for 10 minutes and call three times to get someone to talk to me. When I dropped my car off for the recall, they told me it would be three hours so I decided to wait. After 4:45 I checked in, and they said it was ready and would be another 10-15 minutes. I waited another 55 minutes before anyone came out. No one ever checked on me, told me it would be just a little longer, or made any apology or acknowledgement of my wait. My 3 hour estimated recall repair turned into 6. In all of my experiences with Toyota of Fort Worth, I am left with the realization that Toyota of Fort Worth is extremely inconsiderate of my time and lacks basic respect for its customers.

Jenn, thank you for bringing this to our attention. What you described is not consistent with the quality of service that we pride ourselves on at Toyota of Fort Worth. This week I purchased a new Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Fort Worth and must say it was as pleasant an experience as anyone could have when buying and trading in a car. My first encounter was with Randy Squires, salesman at Toyota of Fort Worth. He genuinely listened to my wants, needs, and concerns and very patiently answered all of my detailed questions about the multiple features of the automobile and took me on test drives explaining the benefits of each. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out. During the hours we spent together, he never seemed rushed or “pushy”, only wanting to help me find the car that fit my needs and desires. I “shopped” other dealers but came back to Toyota of Fort Worth because of the confidence I had in Randy and the discounts the management offered. Also, the trade-in offer they gave me for my old Toyota exceeded those from other dealers, including USAA’s online car selling service. Another positive aspect of working with Toyota of Fort Worth is they do not automatically add features (pin stripes, trim work, sealant, window tinting, etc) on all cars in their lot so that they can drive up profits. You, the customer can decide what options you want and you don’t pay for features you don’t want. Toyota of Fort Worth has earned my trust and I will use them for service and highly recommend them for purchasing a car.
