I went in to Toyota of El Cajon and bought a Toyota Tundra 2016! Omed was my salesman and he did everything to make sure I got what I wanted. We sat with Ariel the inventory manager and she was able find exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and I'm I am very happy with the team. I highly recommend seeing Omed and Ariel.

The service is amazing! The team at Toyota El Cajon knows exactly what they're doing and for that reason I was able to drive home with a brand new car! Bobby Quintero Parts Dept. Bobby went above and beyond in providing the best customer service. I called the parts Dept on Sunday. My car broke down in Mexico and I was calling to see if they had the part. He looked and unfortunately could not find the part available due to the weekend and 4th of July holiday. I never gave him my phone number. About a half hour later I got a call from Bobby. He used the caller ID to call me back. He spoke to one of the techs and called to tell me what part to get in Mexico and how to install it so that I could get my car back to the US for permanent repairs. Thanks so much Bobby!

I bought my 2006 Highlander Hybrid from Toyota of El Cajon way back in 2006. Ten years and 222,760 miles later, the car is still running strong. Recently, my dashboard indicator lights lit up like Christmas: the VSC system and several other lights: ABS, brake, traction control, every light except the check engine light. I live near Sacramento now and took the car to the local dealer. Diagnosis: the Brake ABS actuator was bad. Worse than that, the price to replace it: $2,500. Yikes! I called Jose Villegas, my former service guy at Toyota of El Cajon, and asked him if this was a fair price. Jose said, wait a minute, let me look it up. Jose discovered Toyota has warranty enhancements that made this a covered problem, regardless of mileage. I called the local dealer service department back and lo and behold, Jose is correct. One phone call to Jose saved me $2,500! It's like Christmas in July! Before I moved away two years ago, I used Toyota of El Cajon service for all my Toyota's needs. I've heard of dealer horror stories, but that was never my experience at Toyota of El Cajon. They were always honest about what was going on with my car, always quoted prices up front, never any hidden costs. In summary, I love my Toyota, and I highly endorse Toyota of El Cajon's service department, especially Jose Villegas! Thank you!

I'd have to say this place gives 5 star service. I called around different dealerships to ask for a part, every person told me it was not available. That was until I called and spoke to Shawn in the parts department. He took the time to search other dealers as well as see what was compatible with the part I needed. He found me the part I needed, the one everyone said was not available saving my family from missing our trip back home. Thanks to this dealership and someone who actually knows about cars. Shawn in the parts department is a life saver!

Kong Nguyen and Ryan Garby were the two main gentlemen that helped my father score a great deal on a 2016 corolla LE. My father previously owned a 2009 corolla LE and Ryan helped us with the trade in of that car for the brand new one! I knew Kong from buying a 2015 prius the year before, so he helped me get in touch with Ryan. We spent a total of less than an hour at the dealership. Ryan was focused, fast, and friendly. At the end of the deal, Kong even bought my father a leather Corolla key chain from the gift shop (what a good guy).

Not a good experience at all,as im sitting here at the dealer,im having problems with the issue that i bought a "brand new" corolla 2016, instead they gave me one that the screen and back up camera doesnt work wich by the way they dont want to hold responsible for and are giving me a hard time instead of fixing my issue, and the car has a dent on the dashboard wich thwy didnt tell me it had it,so they sold me a damaged car as brand new with no problems on it,very disappointed,my only options is i will have to return them their damaged car and go with honda or something.
