Don't let these photos fool you - this place is a dump with employees that don't care.

What a unique little place in downtown Toronto! Glad I stumbled upon it. Very nice to have a full suite to yourself with a full functioning kitchen. The suites were very spacious and well decorated. I'd recommend the Luxury King Suite. Apparently just finished a bunch of these suits this past year. The staff were also very accommodating and able to answer any questions I had. Location is awesome as well. My one complaint would have to be that housekeeping services were a little bit slow on some days, but they did do a thorough job. Didnt mind that too much. Will definitely be back again!

We started at 5 stars, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and docked them stars accordingly: -1 star for poor technology. The key cards for the hotel room rarely worked after coming back in after a day. Also the card to get into the parking lot never worked. Also, we tried to order a movie and the system wouldn't work. After calling down to see if they could fix it, they A) didn't call back to tell us whether or not it was fixed and B) put charges on our bill for a couple of movies we couldn't even order (to their credit, they took these off immediately) -1 star because the floors were dirty. They would change the sheets while we were gone, but apparently throw the blanket on the floor. Whenever we came back, the blanket had dust and hairs on it. -1 star because regardless of whatever temperature we set the thermostat at (usually around 72 f), the thermostat would creep up. Also, felt nickle-and-dimed by the time we left. Service at the front desk is variable - some were fine, some were not. They gave us a room with a nice view which was cool, but would otherwise not recommend to a friend.

Good location.. Average facility.. Pricing not transparent.. Neither logical (asked me for 4 times the normal price for extending my stay) Expensive wifi and local calling.. Not so courteous "manager"..

This place is AWFUL! I literally walked around the city for hours in the evening to avoid being in my room. I described it to my co-workers as a basement apartment - even though I was on the 15th floor. Peeling paint, dirty and smeared walls, DISGUSTING bathroom, musty/smokey smell, mattress that isn't worth crap! This place should be ashamed of the state of their rooms.

I cycle into Toronto (from Stoney Creek) 3 or 4 times a year. Town Inn Suites has never had an issue with me taking my bike to my room to be put out on the balcony. Given the value of the bike I'd rather not have it in a storage room. The suite is clean and modern. I've never heard another guest, very quiet. The only issue is they need to clean the windows! Even the windows off the balcony which are easily accessible are a mess. Have always enjoyed my stay, look forward to my next trip!

I don't get how this place got 5 stars. Place is a junk. Had to stay in Toronto for two nights, moved out of the hotel after the first sleepless night. Avoid at all cost!

Good service and really helpful management. The wifi is slow and stops working sometimes. However, I enjoyed my stay.
