Having a cold or flu means potentially spreading the illness to others, especially during the first stages of your sickness. To prevent spreading an infection, stay home from school or work as long as reasonable and promote hygienic habits.

This place was amazing. I came in with a lot of pain on Friday night after work. They literally got me back and talking to a nurse the minute I finished the necessary forms. They immediately started discussing my symptoms with me and kept me very up to date on what they were doing and thinking the whole visit. Everyone was also extremely friendly and treated me like a person, not just a patient. If I ever have health issues like this again I would definitely return and encourage anyone else to do the same.

As always I was pleased to have my expectations exceeded in care and service. I was taken into a room immediately and seen by a doctor quickly. Dr. Dinkel was very responsive, and attentive. He was genuinely caring and helpful. The tests that were ordered were completed on site in the results were received within half an hour. The team was rapidly responsive, made me comfortable and had me feeling better and on my way in a short time. They even filled my prescriptions for me on site. I highly recommend Total Access to anyone!

It was wonderful to get care on Sunday afternoon and even a CT scan. I visited the location on 6900 Chippewa and was very happy. I had to go the location in Rock Hill for the CT and was very happy there also. This is my first visit for care myself, but been here twice with my mother. They fill a void in healthcare.

The doctors and staff at Total Access Urgent Care in Rock Hill are excellent! I went for a sprained ankle. The service was unbelievable. The staff members were professional, polite and thorough in their explanation of services I was to receive. They did not make me wait long although they were busy when I arrived. My wait was less than ten minutes. I recommend Total Access Urgent Care for anyone who do not want to deal with the hassle of emergency rooms or the exorbitant fees.

This place was suggested by my boss. I utilized the online sign in form to save a spot, showed up on time. Was shuffled through very easily. The staff is highly professional. I'm uninsured and the service was very very good and relatively cheap. Definitely first place on my list to visit in the future for unexpected illness. I should add that there was 0 wait time, they are ready to go and have all of their ducks in order. Exactly what you would expect from a high class medical facility.

Old Review: Great place for emergency room or other medical care in Saint Louis. We take the kids here when they are sick. I went there today for a broken wrist. In and out quick, the fastest medical visits out there! Wonderful doctors and staff... 5 Star! New Review: Just went again today. Top quality health care around the corner. No waiting!

Best urgent care experience I've ever had. Checked in and registered for the first time, vitals taken, pelvic exam, and prescription filled in about 45 minutes, which is remarkably fast considering thats how long I normally spend just in the waiting room at other care centers. I was seen immediately. The staff was so friendly. My doctor was kind and personable and they have a pharmacy on site, which was so convenient. Will definitely be back for any other urgent care type problems.
