This place is a life saver. They are open 365 days, yes you read that right, for at least 12 hrs a day. The staff is very friendly and the time it takes for a patient to walk in and to be seen by the doctor is less than 10 minutes.
Super impressed

The entire staff at this location is exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door to check in everyone was so pleasant and caring. Dr. Winer was awesome! He took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable and understood what he was saying. I went to this location because it was open later than the rest of the locations, but I would drive the extra distance to go back to this location again.

This was my first visit to urgent care. My doctor recommended me to go to the ER, or urgent care with my existing symptoms, and I chose the closet one to me with the same zip code. Upon my arrival though, I walked around the entire building trying to gain entrance because every door was locked. Finally after pounding on the wrong door someone directed me back to the entry door(now open) which they insisted was open. However, the staff was very pleasant to me and moved me through much faster that the ER visit's. I was pleased with the service and assistance I received on this first encounter with urgent care and will willingly return if necessary, as well as recommend the facility to others. Thank you! Unfortunately I had to do a follow-up of my Feb. 6th visit on yesterday, Feb. 11 because I was not feeling too much better. The urgent care facility I returned to was very helpful and expeditious in assessing how my illness was progressing. They assessed that I had since developed a sinus infection, as well as a right ear infection. They administered additional medicine and advised me to return if I had any more problems. I once again thank this service for being available to me in order to receive acceptional care from a willing staff, and a brief visit. Thanks again!

Dr. Bruckel was extremely helpful and caring when it came to my health. As someone who works in the field dealing with emergencies, being able to deal with someone on their scariest or worst day is not a big deal. But to be on the other end of the spectrum, it reminds you that you are not invincible and it happens to everyone. I came in with pains and feeling horrible and scared, and Dr. Bruckel made dealing with it so much easier. He genuinely cared about what was happening and took care of what was causing my pain, as well as going above and beyond to figure out what was wrong or what could have caused the problem. I didn't even know urgent cares had cat scans! If you want someone who will go above and beyond the call of duty, total access in rock hill is the place to go. The staff is also just as caring and amazing as the doctors, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I normally never rate places or people, but this place is one that deserves it.

I woke up super early with a really sore throat. I tried waiting it out as long as I could, but I could not wait any longer. It just so happened that the Manchester Clinic had extended hours and they opened at 6 AM, meaning I did not have to wait too long to go. The service was excellent. I work in a hospital, so I have expectations for patient care. They got me in quick, I did not wait more than 5 minutes between the nurse, tech, and doctor. The doctor gave me several treatment options, which allowed me to see what there was available. Most doctors do not give you an option in your treatment, they just write the script. I like that he included me in my care. I am overall very pleased with the experience I had today.

I use to like this place. Last time I went was completely terrible! I had a perametic take care of me the whole time who didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. There was total lack of communication! I had no idea what was going on, they just started bring iv in and didn't tell me why. Complete air heads. I didn't receive 1 bill! and all of a sudden i'm getting collection notices! I don't know what happen. But I am never going back!

As a first time visitor to Total Access in Webster Groves, I was totally pleased with the service I received from Dr. Mollie Squire and the staff. The service was quick, thorough, professional and friendly. I was checked in, treated, and released in well under and hour. I don't remember when I had a more pleasant experience while dealing with any medical situation. This is the type medical care a customer expects. I will spread the word to others.

Fast and convenient. Well staffed with personable and KNOWLEGABLE staff who took the extra time to make certain that the injury and the healing were well understood. A special kudo's to Jennifer (PA) who was gentle and caring as well as professional in her treatment of my dog bite. Thank you.

Went to Total Access Urgent Care at the insistence of my daughter-in-law, who has a lot of experience with foot and ankle injuries. It was a Friday night, and I was seen quickly. Turned out I had a fractured foot and a sprained ankle. They put me in a boot and told me I should have no trouble with my upcoming trip to the Middle East. They also gave me a tetanus shot for my trip. I had requested a tetanus shot at an urgent care in Ladue a few days before, and they told me they would not do that unless I had an injury that warranted it. Total Access Urgent Care was immaculately clean and staffed by very nice people.
