I was diagnosed 3 weeks ago and I'm looking to connect with some ovarian cancer survivors to get some advice and wisdom. I would also like to connect with anyone going through treatment that I could support.

- Hi Sharon,
I'm so sorry about your sister. I hope that you are doing well and cancer free. I would love to know how you are doing and how you got through or are getting through this crazy thing. I am very blessed to have supportive people around me and I've met many cancer survivors, but few OC survivors. I'm nearing the end of chemo and then I'm having a second look surgery. I was diagnosed at stage 3d, so my doc has been very aggressive. I have questions like, how do you deal with the hot flashes (if you had this issue) etc. and I will be happy to share any knowledge that I have.

- I'm so sorry to hear about the problems everyone is having with this monster. I had my first doxil treatment last Thur and have felt like c##p since then. I thought it was just the flu but today I called in and they said it could be from the treatment. I was told this was the last easy chemo and then I plan to go natural. I am tired of all the chemical cr.pMay 28, 2014
