This is a close second to fully autonomous cars.  Love the platoon concept.

This is the natural progression given Keurig's success.

I don't think virtual sports is quite there yet.
Soccer—or football if you’re from anywhere else but the U.S.—is the most popular sport in the world. But what if it could be better? I mean...I’m not talking so much in the sense of fast-paced athletic play than I am grown up men making idiots of themselves with VR headsets. I’d watch that.

Find my phone - type that string into Google and it will find your Android phone.

It asks you to login to your Google account first and your phone tells you that it just shared its location so you know if someone hacked your account.

While this is a quick and dirty way to find your phone, Android Device Manager will do the same thing but it requires you to already be logged into your google account plus it lets you remotely wipe your phone.  I guess this is good for people who prefer typing to clicking on icons and it is an interesting example of integration in the Google ecosystem.
I lose my phone in more stupid places than I can possibly count. I seriously considered installing a landline so that I can call my phone the three times per day it goes missing. But Google just made something even better. Type three magic words into search, and you’ll find your missing handset.

Geek and computer guy in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Introduction
I'm a dad and a computer geek living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Our summers typically hit 40C and our winters often hit -40C so I like to spend as much of my winter vacation as possible walking that beach pictured at the top of my profile.  That strip of sand is located in  Nuevo Vallarta just north of Puerto Vallarta.

This restaurant is a hidden gem that you could easily walk or drive right by without seeing it. It is nestled into the corkscrew ramp of a parking lot! Once you turn onto Garry from Portage, it is immediately on your let. It only has 14 diner style stools around a curved counter so seating and atmosphere are very casual. Famena serves up an amazing roti. You choose your meat and vegetable fillings which are wrapped in a buttery flavored home made roti wrapper. Depending on the time of year, it comes with either a salad or a bowl of soup. It is well worth the hunt to find this restaurant if you like roti.

This is the first stop on the mutant food tour. Awesomely delicious and huge burgers. It is pricey so it is best to bring a group and order one of the monster burgers as you get more for your money. Just seeing one of these bad boys in person makes the price reasonable.
