Mike I have a question. What does one do for multiple refrigeration condensers that are located on a roof, say a gas station that might have multiple coolers and freezer units on the roof when the ceiling is a plenum ceiling. Generally for non plenum ceilings one sets a junction box and runs sealtite through the roof to the units. I just recently ran into this issue and was allowed by the AHJ and heating inspector for the building to run non metallic flex conduit from boxes above the ceiling out through a candy cane type pvc penetration of the roof to gain access to the roof top units (condensers) to power the units, I was just curious on your suggestion on this for future installations. Additionally control wiring was ran using NMFC as well.
