A friendly word about my Terms and Conditions....

Owing to a recent number of late payments I am  introducing a new late payment policy so that there is clarity on this issue.

I am very happy to make arrangements for alternative delivery and payment options to prevent any issues so please do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem at your end.

New late payment policy:

• Payment and collection must take place within 10 days of notification of the completion of work unless by prior arrangement or in exceptional circumstances such as severe illness.

• A late payment charge of 5% will be applied 10 days after notification of completion if clients do not make contact, this will be increased by increments of 5% for each week thereafter if work has not been collected and no contact has been made to arrange collection and payment.

• If work has not been collected and no contact made to Toni Haynes Bespoke Tailor after 12 weeks, further action will be taken to recover payment for services rendered.

• Returning clients who have made late payments will be asked for a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of any future work undertaken.

New Lining
I often get asked about re-lining favourite garments. This is a skirt that you can see from the first three pics the old lining definitely has seen better days. The client chose the better quality of two suggested fabrics for me to re-line it with which you can see from the latter images is rather sumptuous.

Well, here it is – the first craft fair date of the year at Crafts at the Exchange, can’t wait to see all my friends, take a look at what they have been making over the winter months and meet lots of new visitors. Liz makes it such a lovely experience for makers and visitors alike and the coffee shop upstairs does a great bacon sarni. Look forward to seeing you all on Saturday from 9am to 1pm at the Exchange in Sturminster Newton.
