I can understand the frustration behind the post as well. I've tried recipes from some blogs that were so freakin' delicious, they're now favorites in our house. But others have failed...hard. But when it doesn't workout because you didn't like the way it tasted is certainly different from error in recipe instruction. You might think it's the best tasting dish in the world, and it can just be "meh" to someone else. But, there does seem to be an issue with quantity over quality. I feel like some bloggers will push out underdeveloped recipes just to stay on a posting schedule. Like +Leafy Greens and Chocolate
it takes me a minimum of two days to develop a post, which means I find it very difficult to publish something I can be proud of more than twice a week; especially considering many bloggers still hold down other jobs.
