Thoughts on if there is an "order of operations" for how Google considers these signals: canonical URLs vs. server-side redirects. What happens when both are present?

Does anyone have any experience setting up GWT on a dev or pre-production environment? I want to be able to use the "Fetch" feature to test the crawlability of some new tech that our front-end team is testing. Given that the dev/pre-prod domains are behind a firewall, I imagine this would be difficult...

I'd also be interested to hear from anyone who can share experiences using a desktop-based solution to validate crawlability of content on test environments.

Digital Design & User Experience Best Practices: Happiness + Profits! http://goo.gl/ojzqO9

In my latest blog post I tap into my passion for creating incredible digital experiences that deliver utter joy to customers, solve problems they don't even realize they had and make a lot of money in exchange.

I share twelve companies that inspire me by solving a complicated problem elegantly. Companies apply a lot of think and not just the ink. They include... Victoria's Secret, Zoho, Unilever UK, Hermes, Bonobos, and others you are totally going to love.

A summary of the seven lessons is below, please share companies and experience that bring you joy and delight via comments in the blog post!

1. Rock joy-inducing mobile experiences. Forget mobile first, it's a mobile only world!

2. Deliver fantastic, yet simple, personalization. Don't wait for perfection.

3. Empower customer reviews that are actually helpful. Start stinking less today.

4. Design a glorious purchase experience. Take their money, please.

5. Convert like a champion! Solve for on-line, off-line, later-line, maybe-line!

6. Win with innovative, magnificent, brand experiences. See-Think-Do YouTube.

7. Create inspiring, luscious experiences. What if the first interaction with your brand is digital?

Thanks for the input, +Eric Wu. I'm not very familiar with this service myself, and I was also a little uneasy for the same reasons you mention when I learned that it was being explored as a possible solution. I'll share your thoughts with the deployment team and continue to investigate - thanks again!

“I can get 100 of those recorded in a day,” Farley says. “It’s not fun at all.”

Keywordstuffing in music, I guess that's a possiblity too.
If you click on a song about your favorite band on Spotify, odds are you've just helped Matt Farley earn his inspired, insane living off of music.

If you don't already know everything there is yo know about bikes, don't come here. The pretentious staff doesn't have time to deal with you: very poor customer service on a Sunday afternoon when there was nobody else in the store. Bikesource was much more helpful, even after they found out they were out of my price range.

If you've got an older vehicle and don't want to invest in a brand new tire, this is the perfect solution. I've used Central Tire on multiple occasions and have never been let down. They have always had a compatible tire for whichever car I have brought in. The staff will quickly change out the old tire and replace the new one and you'll likely get out of there in under 10 minutes. The best part is that most of the tires are only around $25. It's not a large building, so don't drive past it!
