I've literally never stayed in a hotel that was more deserving of being torn down! I booked it because it somehow had all 5-star reviews on the choice hotels web site. The lights are out down the walkway outside, so it's dark all around. Way to make a fella feel safe when all the lights are burned out in just the section you put me in. By the way, I'm one of two guests in the entire hotel apparently. The counter in my room has cigarette burns all over it. I booked a smoking room, so I went back to the desk to ask for an ashtray. The very polite attendant told me they don't have ashtrays at this hotel in any of the rooms. Really? It's a smoking room. Ok, so can I get a room with a coffee pot, microwave, or refrigerator? How about a desk. We're sorry, none of our rooms have those features either.... what??? Seriously? This place reminds of somewhere you'd rent by the hour, not by the day. It's horrendous! If I could get a refund and stay somewhere else without paying an arm and a leg, I'd move out of here tonight, but it's too late to cancel and I'm too tired. This is literally the absolute worst Econo Lodge I've ever seen.

Fourth time my internet or cable has gone out in the last two months and it takes over a WEEK to get a technician to come out... then they leave without notifying the customer the problem isn't fixed and don't file a followup ticket. Nice work.

Heard lots of great things about it. The service and decor were great. We were seated in just a few seconds and the service was attentive. The glazed croissants I heard about lived up to their name... amazing. The salad and appetizers were great. The steak left a lot to be desired...

I've been here for three weeks so far. I asked for a King Suite, got a Queen when I arrived. I asked for the first floor, I got the fourth floor. Ok, no big deal I suppose. The elevators smell horrible. I don't know what can possibly make an elevator smell bad but it's reminds me of a combination of old sweat socks and microwave lasagna... it's horrid. Elevators: I got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. It jammed between floors. The couple in the room next to me told me that's happened to them twice in the last month. When your elevators trap your patrons inside... it's time to buy new elevators! I eventually pried my way out with a multi-tool on the second floor. NOT COOL! Free Grab-N-Go Breakfast: That's code for a granola bar. That's the extent of the breakfast offered here. Apple, or Cinnamon raisin. I mentioned to them on Monday that the coffee station was out of sugar. They informed me the entire hotel was out of sugar. Really? Go to Walmart and buy some more! Three days later they had some more. The shower doesn't drain hardly at all. Apparently the lady below me had the same problem. We were both at the counter to inform management at the same time about the issue. The kitchen sink constantly drips. You can't stop it. Next door is a Benihana, Japanese Steakhouse. The restaurant is nice, but the thugs that park their cars in their parking lot and blare their stereos all night aren't... The ONLY redeeming quality was that one of our team managed to get the room rate knocked down from $56 a night to $40.49. I'm not sure how he did it, but he did it. If there were ANY OTHER choice for a decent extended stay hotel, I'd be in it. I've been searching high and low for an alternative. Do NOT come here if you can avoid it at any costs! It's NOT worth the savings! If there were a way to give this place a -1 I'd gladly do it!

This is the absolute worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in, in my entire life! There was NO ONE at the hotel and it still took me an hour and 15 minute to get a room. I WAS a few minutes before check-in time, but that's still ridiculous. Both elevators were out during a renovation so I was on the top floor, far end, AND they decided to paint the stairway doors the same day. The construction crew, and I use the word "crew" loosely.... two guys, had furnishings all over the lobby askew, messes everywhere, etc. The room stank of old cigarettes. I mean I smoke and it still was almost gagging. The bathroom shower was horrid... the shower bar falling out and help loosely in place with rotting old caulk. I called the lobby twice to ask them to provide small things they'd forgotten to put in the room... it never came. I called for about ten minutes to get a wake up call... no one was answering the phone at all. Overall, if I could demand my money back, I certainly would!
