Very little haggling and no pressure whatsoever. I dealt with John Panameno on my deal for a Boss 302 and everything was pretty painless. The best part was the transparency in pricing. They showed me a standard purchase order with the price, my trade in, tax title etc. No inflated dealer fees and no smoke and mirrors that you need to have an accounting degree to understand like other used car dealerships. When I am in the market for a truck down the road I will definitely give these guys the first shot.

The staff in ALL departments, Service, Sales & Collision are absolutely wonderful! Sales Team - I have not met a better Car Sales team in my lifetime to day buying cars. I looked all over Houston for a car to buy and all but Tommie Vaughn were pushy & trying to sell me something I didn't want. The Sales Team at Tommie Vaughn worked with me to get the car I wanted. They sourced what I said I wanted, not what they told me. Finance Manager - Wonderfully friendly, informative and communicative! Service Team - Fantastic!! Family orientated, friendly, caring & honest. Bobby is such a wonderful man, so if you get the opportunity to meet & work with him, you wont be disappointed. Collision Center - So my new car was damaged due to a car accident. Tommie Vaughn is a one stop shop! They fixed my car, communicated extremely well and did a fantastic job! Overall - I won't go to another dealership again. Tommie Vaughn is a wonderful family business and you can certainly tell it is run well by the staff! When you see the same staff there years later, that's a sign its a well managed and caring business.

Ac blower went out, I stopped by unannounced! They were busy but friendly. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours which I thought was pretty good considering their work load at the time. Coke machine, iPads, and TV can go a long way.

Driver's side seat switch went out while vacuuming my car which left it positioned all the way far back. I am very short and was on the edge of my seat barely able to reach the pedals which is not safe as I can no longer see my rearview or side mirrors. Stopped by this location to see of they could at least look at it. The man I spoke with was very curt and unapologetic as he told me they were too close to closing to bother.

I am so grateful that Liz went above and beyond to take care of my car on Christmas Eve and made sure I was satisfied on how my car was serviced. It is good to know that Tommie Vaughn has her under their employment for her knowledge. On another note ... I also think that Andrew, in the quick lane dept. is another great employee whom I can turn to for advice. Thanks again to Liz and Andrew

Great dealership with friendly & fast service. I've been a customer for my last six or seven vehicle purchases and we always have our regular maintenance handled at the quick lane. Can't recommend Tommie Vaughn highly enough!

My tire pressure light came on while I was driving to work. I emailed friend/salesman David Bagby to tell him I would be dropping the car at lunchtime. He wrote back right away. Agreed that was a good idea. I did take the car over and arranged to get 'the works' before the weekend. I got a call from the Quick Lane desk in under two hours. You car's ready! Just the best car dealership ever. Thank you!
