First time at Tommie Vaughn using their service department. Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. My shocks, struts and brakes where inspected and was told there was no issue - all good. So happy! They did suggest a brake cleaning. I recently had my brakes replaced by another Ford Dealership and they squealed, they could never hear the squealing and never resolved the issue. After the cleaning only 1 squeal on the day of and as of 3 days later no more squealing. Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend the service department. It's excellent.

I've purchased two new vehicles and traded in two used with David Bagby at Tommy Vaughn Ford thus far. I will be back for another... I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Both Times David Bagby offered to order me a custom made vehicle exactly like I wanted it instead of pressuring me to choose from his inventory. I also received a price offering lower than I would have been willing to pay without having to ask. The finance manager on both occasions also offered a lower interest rate than I asked for, and the trade-ins were both valued higher than Kelly Blue Book said they should be. I always hated shopping for vehicles before I found Tommy Vaughn Ford; felt lied to and cheated every single time. Now I feel like a kid in a candy store and can't wait for the new models to come out so I can run up there and have David custom order me one. There's a method behind the madness in their customer service....

Excellent purchasing experience from start to finish. There's a reason this dealership has had such success for so long. They said what they'll do and did what they said. I recommend anyone to visit Tommie Vaughn Ford at the dealership or online. They are professional and honest. They'll be my first choice in the future.

Expectations are the key! I booked the car in for its 40,000 mile service plus registration renewal. I expected it to take all day, but it took about 40 mins, so I was pleased, as I could get on with the rest of my day. The guy's were busy when I first went in, so I waited a few minutes - and when they showed up, they couldn't be more helpful. I read a few negative reviews and I guess if you drop in and expect them to drop everything and greet you (like in Walgreens) you will be disappointed. So, I guess I didn't expect anything to happen quickly - and, just giving them a few minutes to get organised really paid off as everything went through smoothly and quickly - so it was even better than expected, and I will defo go back for major servicing etc.

Jeremy Wilson, Service Department Manager. Jeremy is the best. He worked on my problem and resolved it quickly. My Ford Fusion was fixed in less than 24 hours. Jeremy is an example of old school integrity and respect for his customers. Integrity and honesty are his strong suits. Taking care of his customers is his mission. This is how you are supposed to run a business and keep your customers coming back.

I took my 1999 Ford Explorer in to Tommie Vaughn because the temperature gauge fluctuated wildly and I thought it had plenty of coolant in the reservoir. I was pretty sure it was a thermostat problem. They checked it out and found that there was not enough coolant so they added some, drove it, and checked for leaks. Liz in the service department is easy to work with and kept me informed on progress. No charge. They did not even charge me the diagnosis fee. I have been taking the Explorer in to Tommie Vaughn for service ever since I bought it from them and they have always done a good job. Once I thought they had not and they went out of their way to make it right even though it was not their fault. Seventeen years and over 200,000 miles and they have kept it in good working condition.

Excellent experience. I contacted them through the internet first about a pre-owned F-150 XLT. Then went in to look at the trucks on the lot. Worked with Anthony and Kendall. Very friendly and honest. Definitely the reason I made my purchase at Tommy Vaughn. I had already visited other dealerships and this one was by far the most comfortable and honest one to work with. The finance guy was excellent also, he was friendly and honest. A week later I noticed a nail in my tire, took it in to the service department, the guy looked at is right away and repaired it under 10 minutes at no charge. Will definitely be using the service department for all my repair needs. Overall, I am completely pleased with the entire experience at Tommy Vaughn and will be recommending them to family and friends.

No pressure sales, everyone working there was very nice, helpful. Very pleasant experience overall. Javier was my salesman, listened well to what I was looking for, very patient, and followed up even after making the sale. Sue in financing was wonderful, and made my transaction as painless as possible. I had gone in 2 other dealerships, where people didn't even say hi as I walked in through the door... guess I was too young to make a sale... Not the people at Tommie Vaughn. Everyone there during my numerous visits were all friendly, helpful and professional.
