High above, we installed the CURVE chandelier at St James Church, London, UK as part of Clerkenwell Design Week 2016. The lighting design was installed by the Tom Dixon team and it will remain at the Church long after CDW2016 rolls out of town. The multiple pendants in this chandelier illuminate the space. The vestry at the Church has a large Tom Dixon melt chandelier installed. The Wingback dinning chairs surround two large glass topped Pylon tables sit on the Smoke Tom Dixon X ege™ carpet. The Wingback sits in the corner with a floor Melt light a Pylon side table and a Melt table lamp.

This year for +Clerkenwell Design Week we have collaborated with Andrew Baughen, the enlightened Vicar of St James' – a classic 17th century church on +Clerkenwell Green, where he sees the potential of making his unique building available to the daytime residents of Clerkenwell – the creative workforce, and a place for the residential community to use as a resource.

The partnership will involve us installing a large central chandelier in the main space, a co-working environment and a kitchen all to be donated as permanent fixtures.

The extraordinary volumes of this heritage site will allow us to demonstrate our new lighting and furniture products recently launched in Milan against a series of historic backdrops – the panelled wood of the 18th century vestry, the bare stone construction of the entrance hall and the huge volumes and stained glass panels of the main church providing us with a variety of design challenges unlike any other.

This year at Milan's Salone del Mobile, Tom Dixon and Caesarstone have collaborated to create THE RESTAURANT - a series of extraordinary, sculptural kitchens.
Showcasing all our newest products this pop up eatery is open until Sunday 17th April but if you can't make it to Italy you can still immerse yourself in the space with our virtual 360 degree tour.
Set within the surroundings of the historic Rotonda della Besana, THE RESTAURANT serves a unique menu from four elemental kitchens around the themes of Earth, Water, Air and Fire. Each kitchen and dining hall has a clear aesthetic, materiality and cooking method.
Throughout the week the audience is encouraged to sit down, slow down and recalibrate in the late Baroque splendour of the Rotonda Della Besana. Visit us and enjoy the tastes, the smells, the furnishing and illumination of Tom Dixon.

7 classic cocktails served in 7 different Tom Dixon vessels to be launched each day for London Cocktail Week 2016.

The award-winning mixologist Mr Lyan, from Mondrian Hotel’s Dandelyan bar, has modified 7 classic cocktails by adding exotic twists. Constructed using rare spirits and ingredients he's picked up along his many adventures around the world.

As we get deeper into drinking culture and continue to create an increasingly complete range of drinking and pouring vessels. Throughout the week we'll be showing different vessels form our Tank and Plum families.

Dandelyan will be serving the cocktails each day so you can go down and try one of the 7 classic serves.

As part of Clerkenwell Design Week 2016 we have worked with St James Church in the heart of Clerkenwell Green.

We have installed several large chandeliers and created multiple co-working office spaces that we will leave behind. When the +Clerkenwell Design Week rolls out of town the local creative community can contiue to use and enjoy the 17th Century space, with our contemporary additions.

Our co-working space in The Church, as part of Clerkenwell Design Week 2016 features Screw tables, Y chairs.

London Design Week 2016: Crazy ideas come and go – it's making them a reality that's the real fun. For 7 days we want to help take over Trafalgar Square, home to Nelson’s Column and the epicentre of London, transforming it into a crazy golf course designed by some of the world’s most renowned architects, artists and designers. It will be futuristic, functional, fun and free for the public to play from 16-22 September during the London Design Festival [http://bit.ly/1WcrmS5].

Paul Smith, is the curator and ambassador for the project. Other design teams include the late Zaha Hadid, as well as Mark Wallinger, Camille Walala, Ordinary Architecture, HAT Projects with Tim Hunkin, NEON, and Atelier Bow-Wow. Each will create a miniature pavilion that makes an entertaining, playable statement about the future of architecture, filling the square with Pop Art colours and inventive forms that will amuse and inspire both adults and children alike.

But, we need your help to make this crazy idea a reality. Supporters of this project will bring about a public takeover of Trafalgar Square, transforming it into a free, colourful and playful arena of Visionary Crazy Golf. Thousands will be able to play the course, and millions more will watch and enjoy this experience, both in the square and through media. They will all interact in different ways with the imaginations of some of the most inventive minds in the world. We need £120,000 to make this happen.

Help make it happen: back the project via Kickstarter now: http://kck.st/1rsAHsE

Designed for the digital age, ETCH was conceived on a computer and manufactured through the digital-dependent technique of precision acid photo-etching.

Dipped in acid – the printed resist remains and the exposed metal is removed.

Since the Middle Ages metal-workers etched for decorative purposes. An instrumental process in illustrated printing throughout the ages and now essential in circuit board printing.

Our lamps and shades are digitally printed but etched using the same process. Tessellated on sheet metal. The small size and thinness of the unassembled panels enable it to be packed into a standard pack and posted through a letterbox.

Luminous chandelier of Etch Mini pendants. Crafted from brass, miniaturised and given a new Satin Nickel silver finish that enhances sculptural form with reflectivity. Available now – set of 5 Etch Mini pendants pre-arranged and ready to install. Cord lengths are easily adjustable.

Pictured: ETCH MINI Chandelier. Available now on http://www.tomdixon.net/uk/etch.html
