The Tom Wood Subaru team had some Cinco de Mayo fun today!

Employees were treated to a taco bar and piñata's filled with candy and a little cash. Everyone got in the spirit, and a good time was had by all!

Rally America Subaru driver David Higgins wins the 2015 100 Acre Rally. Higgins claimed the overall win by finishing first in all but one of the stages.
Subaru Rally Team USA driver David Higgins and co-driver Craig Drew took their second straight win of the 2015 Rally America Championship season driving their 2015 Subaru WRX STI to victory at a snow and ice laden Rally in the 100 Acre Wood.

Even though the weather on Saturday wasn’t ideal, the Tom Wood Subaru team was excited to be at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Humane Society of Indianapolis Mutt Strut! 

Proud to be a Pagoda Partner, our booth provided tennis balls for the pups and vehicle information for the people. We had multiple vehicles on display, including the 2015 BRZ, Forester, Impreza, and Outback.

Tom Wood Subaru has been a longtime partner of Indy Humane, and we’re pleased to continue to support such a worthwhile organization!

Nick Wade at Tom Wood Subaru did a fantastic job. My wife and I spend a lot of time before we make any major purchase such as a car. We actually took 6 months before we finally made the purchase. Nick was always available when we had questions or wanted to do "another" test drive. But on the flip side he wasn't hounding us to make a purchase right away. We did have some issues in the finance department and with other sales people parking new cars in the handicap parking, but Nick was quick to take action to address these issues. Thank you Nick for all your great support!

my fiance and I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle for me when he saw the 2012 Subaru Legacy sitting out front of the dealership. We didn't know if we would be able to get approved or not but we stopped in and talked to Keenan Barlow. He was very helpful and pulled the car inside the service drive so that we were able to look at it. We decided to test drive it and I noticed a vibration on the front driver-side of the vehicle. Keenan was quick to address the issue and had them look at it that day. Long story short they fixed the problem and we purchased the vehicle a few days later on 7/10/15. I couldn't be happier with my choice! The car is very reliable and has held up to its standards. If you need a good Sales Consultant Keenan Barlow is your guy!

My wife and I had a good experience buying our new Forester. I appreciated the chance to work with Gregory Begley. It's apparent he enjoys his job and wants to create a good experience for his customers. I only wish the dealership was closer to home!

I found myself in need of a new car unexpectedly and had a whirlwind day of looking at different models to meet my family's needs, last Friday. My husband and I started at Subaru because we had been thinking about purchasing an Outback or a Forester when the time came for a new vehicle purchase. We had a great experience there with Lou and returned at the end of the day, after confirming what we knew all along: a Subaru would be the best option for our family. We only had time for one more test drive that day and scheduled to return in the morning. We commented, as we were driving home, that we had received the best customer service all day, at Subaru. When we returned in the morning, Lou was engaged with another prospective buyer, and instead of having us wait, asked another Sales Consultant to work with us. He had already briefed the new consultant on our particular needs and wants, which was great! That is when Jamie stepped in! Jamie was extremely helpful, easy going, and followed our lead in terms of what we wanted to know and what we wanted to do while contemplating our purchase. He drove the Outback and the Forester to our car, let us try out car seats in the vehicles and was great with our 3.5 year old son. He helped us find the best possible deal on our car and discussed all of our options in terms of current inventory and scheduled inventory. We decided to purchase the Outback and Jamie spent a considerable amount of time with me, walking me through my new car and its features. He also called to check in with me yesterday to see if everything was going okay and if I had any questions. I can say that the experience of buying our new car was Truly Exceptional and having had experiences with many other dealerships in town while contemplating this purchase, that both of the Sales Consultants we worked with were fantastic and treated us very well. Hands down the best place to buy a new car, and definitely a new Subaru!

While I didn't end up buying a car from these guys, they were super helpful and super nice. Lou answered all of my questions, treated me like a person (rather than a number), was always organized, remembering my needs. They also always seemed to have a great selection with good prices, which is rare given the recent demand for Subarus.

We've bought two Subaru's from Nick Wade in the past 6 months. We have always hated to be actively "sold" a car by an aggressive salesman. Nick, on the other hand, was polite, honest, and easy to deal with. He knew every aspect of the cars he was selling and answered all our questions in a clear and understandable fashion. He was never pushy and was always pleasant to deal with. Also, we love our new Subaru's.

So I went to this dealership looking at a 2002 wrx wagon black (should still be posted on there website). This woulda been my first Subaru and ive always had a weakspot for them since I was a little boy playong video games. I called and talked with a Stephen Lockard. Stephen said they just got it and I was the first to look at it but I couldnt test drive becuz it needed some work done and that he would let me know the second it was out of the shop. I texted him daily about the status of the car and he told me it was going to be in the shop for awhile. Saturday I texted him at 12 oclock about status of car and he didnt respond till 5 mins after they closed saying the car was unavailable. I asked why in text and voicemail and he didnt respond till monday accidentally messaging me instead of his friend about a jujitsu class... i ended up talking to a sales manager named David to figure out why Stephen had told me the car was unavailable. Turns out the Saturday I texted Stephen was the day the sold the car to another buyer. Extremely disappointed in the way Stephen lead me on and then so ok d the car even tho I was the first one interested and how Stephen couldnt even fess up to selling the car to another buyer. Wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone else.
