I signed up for a conference called the NYSERNet Tech Summit which was held this year at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie on June 16 and 17. NYSERNet is a consortium of technology professionals working in higher education (and ...

I often say I ride to work and back two days a week and take the subway three days a week, but I probably really average riding fewer than two days a week. I hope to increase the average, maybe to three, maybe more. Today, I ...

Friends, please join us. Carol Flamm Reingold and I are going to a great concert in Central Park. We will need to stand on line for a long while, but I think it will be worth it. The weather promises to be good. Bring a blanket and a picnic.

McCoy Tyner, Ron Carter, Wallace Roney, and Roy Haynes are playing!

Please let us know if you'd like to join us. The more, the merrier.

The concert is officially at 5pm on June 4.

McCoy Tyner’s blues-based piano style, replete with sophisticated chords and an explosively percussive left hand has transcended conventional styles to become one of the most identifiable sounds in improvised music. His harmonic contributions and dramatic rhythmic devices form the vocabulary of a majority of jazz pianists....

It is good that you took action. Better late then never. Stick with it. For me it is hard to get motivated. A few years ago I was going to the gym pretty regularly but I lost my work out partners so fell off.

Introduction
I'm the only Tom Reingold on the internet. As far as I know, there are two other Tom Reingolds in the world, but neither of them is on the internet. I suppose the reason my name is so rare is that Reingold is a slightly uncommon Jewish name, and Thomas is a Catholic name. This means that when you search the internet for my name and see tens of thousands of hits, you know that I've written all the stupid things you find.

Marco is the best. Our tax situation has been fairly complex over the years, but it's no big deal for Marco. Nice guy, nice wife, nice dog, too.

I brought my cars to this shop for years. Brothers Steve and Gary own the place. They are absolute top-notch mechanics, and they're kind and reasonable businessmen, too. They are a pleasure to deal with, and I was very safe in their care. I don't patronize them because I no longer live or work in a location convenient to their shop. I recommend the shop highly. If you go there, please mention my name and say hello for me.

This business does a variety of types of repair work. The owner is extremely skilled and capable. He's also a pleasure to deal with. His rates are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this business, and I have had many dealings there. I plan to continue to bring my business there and refer other people to it.
