"Thank You for Gumbo!"

My kind of patron.
The bartender, chef and owner at Blue 44 in upper Northwest got a nice surprise from a regular patron.

There's a deck-building game called Star Realms that's been gaining some popularity over this year - mainly because it plays very well as a fast and furious 2-player game (there are 3 and 4-player variants, but it slows it down a lot), and it's also a cheap  game with a [physical] cost of $15 for enough cards for 2 players..

They're releasing a digital version of the game now, and it's already out for Android, with PC and iOS versions coming soon. Android version's free to try too.

I've been waiting for someone to go this route with music - though I thought selling Album-Creation-as-a-Service ("If we raise $1 mil we'll record an album and provide it free") would come first. I can see this way as something that can easily collapse though - especially since it has to have a level of production added to it.
Wu-Tang's aim is to use the album as a springboard for the reconsideration of music as art, hoping that the approach will help restore recorded music to a place alongside visual art--and change the music business in the process.

I've been here several times over the years and have always enjoyed the experience. Bengies tries to show a couple films over the course of an evening at roughly the price of a single film. They also show trailers and shorts when they have the opportunity. If the weather is poor, sometimes you're stuck watching movies through the rain, but if you're going to an outdoor theater, it should be for the ambiance rather than the picture quality. Food prices are moderately priced to help keep Bengies going through the years, which is fine by me since drive-ins are becoming hard to find in today's day and age.

Sometimes a little loud, but a nice easy-going atmosphere to catch up with people. It's a nice place to grab inexpensive bar food and hang out for a while.

Personally I prefer the location off route 40 - it's been around longer and it's open later, so maybe I'm just biased. That being said, it's a good place for a fairly quick snack. t's mainly self-service, so it's easy to overshoot on the amount of yogurt you get ;-)

Good place to go, open decently late as well. Signage helps you get around, but if you're in a hurry go and ask someone - it's much quicker. The self service was fast, and the staff was friendly.

When I head to San Francisco I try to go to this restaurant. The portions are smaller than at some other establishments, but they offer the chance to have variety in your food options. The service is prompt and staff efficient.

A good place to occasionally get a meal, although a little expensive. Their hours are pretty much breakfast and lunchtime only.
