Can anyone please explain or give me a link please about what is the benefit on the swing to locking your knees, I need bio mechanical or kinetic proof or study if you can share please. I really need to understand this as I disagree on the locking knee, please help me to understand why??? Many thanks!

It is very weird, when I saw your first video I did not like your moves as it appeared weird to me, but I subscribed to your videos and since I am seeing more of you I am understanding why you are very good, there are a lot of elements you do so differently from others. I think that is why I did not like what I was seeing in the beginning, it is not judgement or anything like that but people what they don't know they don't understand. I have to say I love your videos cos it is very different from others, the way you executing combinations as well are pretty unique. Thanks for your videos, I really like them and helping me to stay open minded :)

now by my knowledge, if you do not eat in the morning and you start exercising on empty stomach, your body is not using fat for energy, instead the body starting to utilize protein from the muscles. can you please explain your theory! Thanks!

Why don't you bend your knees more on the slam like a squat and delay the slam like finishing with your arms? meaning you are actually force generate from the floor with your legs and finish off with the lats, using the body like a whip. I am not referring to the 90 degree rotation version as I need to try it first, but when you just standing and smashing the ball front of you. I use water filled 3kg medicine balls, you can slam them pretty hard and they are not bouncing back too high, and also they are small :)
