I have a windows XP model that does not start. It has four modes:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Start Windows Normally

None of them work. Is there a solution?

My laptop (Win 10) has WiFi internet, but my main computer (Win 7) does not. I'm at Lopez Island, Washington, which is a bit out of the way for internet, but I really need to get my main computer going.

What do all-of-you suggest?
