Would you like to attend a dinner table lodge?
This is a guest post from my good friend and brother, Bro. Matt Gallagher of Braden Lodge No. 168. He also blogs at Stones 'n Bones. This post is about the lodge he and I are putting together and need your help. Yes, you. Freemasonry adapts. Before our warehouse/office complex masonic centers, ...

"The real question isn’t whether saturated fat is good or bad, it’s whether your overall diet is good or bad."
The big news in the nutrition world this week is a new meta-study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, which comes to the conclusion that saturated fat may not be as bad for people's health as once thought.

Just a reminder. Don't cross the streams, and don't click the unfamiliar email links.
A very tricky phishing scam that takes advantage of Google Docs is making its way around the web. And since it uses a google.com URL and even makes use of Google's SSL encryption, it's almost impossible to tell that it's a hack. Your best safeguard, as always, is a little bit of common sense.

Small rooms set up as replicas of Holmes' and Watson's digs, and filled with paraphernalia from dozens of different cases.

It's a pub on a main intersection. It's crowded, noisy, and popular with people stopping in for a chin wag after work. The food was good, the prices were typical, and the service was okay. If you're looking for a quiet evening dinner, this isn't the place. But if you're looking for a nice lunch, or a place to pop in for a quick pint, then it's perfect.

It's a shopping mall. You aren't coming for the ambiance, you're here for the convenience.

Upscale, old school service. Attentive staff, excellent area, very close to British Museum, and close enough to bus and tube stations.

Just a grocery store near the Holborn Station, but was clean and had a few things we didn't see at the couple of other nearby chains.
