Would you like to attend a dinner table lodge?
This is a guest post from my good friend and brother, Bro. Matt Gallagher of Braden Lodge No. 168. He also blogs at Stones 'n Bones. This post is about the lodge he and I are putting together and need your help. Yes, you. Freemasonry adapts. Before our warehouse/office complex masonic centers, ...

"The real question isn’t whether saturated fat is good or bad, it’s whether your overall diet is good or bad."
The big news in the nutrition world this week is a new meta-study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, which comes to the conclusion that saturated fat may not be as bad for people's health as once thought.

Just a reminder. Don't cross the streams, and don't click the unfamiliar email links.
A very tricky phishing scam that takes advantage of Google Docs is making its way around the web. And since it uses a google.com URL and even makes use of Google's SSL encryption, it's almost impossible to tell that it's a hack. Your best safeguard, as always, is a little bit of common sense.

Nice little shop, clean, well run, and the guys know bikes. Would rent form them again.

Fantastic collection of dry reds and whites. Small producer, and well worth the visit.

Just a short walk from the busy part of the main street. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They have a nice little breakfast early in the morning, and courtyard where you can sit in the evening with a bottle of local wine.

Some of the best ice cream on the Cape. It's almost mandatory to visit.

One of my favorites in the valley. All the wines are dry, and I have consistently enjoyed everything I have tried, from the whites to the reds.

Great service for rentals. I've visited the area several times and have taken day rentals on road bikes. The guys are always helpful and friendly, and each time they have done a great job making sure that the bike is properly fitted before you head out. They also offer bike/wine tours which look like fun.
