Brilliant man. Not difficult to see why he is successful.

The settlement, a fraction of the damages paid by companies involved in the accident, goes a long way toward resolving Halliburton’s exposure to liability claims.

5 Brain Triggers To Drive Conversions On Your Website Or Landing Page  http://mklnd.com/1tm112t

One tip: keep it simple
"As many tests have shown, there is consistently a higher click-through rate for calls-to-action on simpler websites and landing pages than pages with too much text or too many options off the bat. The reason for this is because most of us suffer from choice paralysis.

In a series of studies by Columbia University, participants were placed in various scenarios in which they were presented with a series of options. In each study, half the participants were given six options, and the other half were given 24-30 choices. The six-choice groups were not only more likely to make a choice (i.e. convert), but also reported being more satisfied with the choice they did go with."

Story
Introduction
I was born in Texas and was fortunate enough to live in Austin most of my life. I moved to Los Angeles a few years back to pursue a career as an actor, writer, and producer in the motion picture industry. In 2004 while still in Texas I founded UFOFILM.org and UnitedFilmmaker.com as a way to connect with other filmmakers worldwide and to "Unite Filmmakers Online". Join us today at http://www.UnitedFilmmaker.com for a free profile. Soon we will be hosting events in the Los Angeles area.

The place has a lot of potential if the guys that go to the place were not such douchebags. Everytime I go there it is drama. Not worth it. The place itself is great the staff are nice and they have a great whisky selection...but because of the guys that go there specifically I will never be going back to this place. The first time I went a guy tried to fight me for giving a homeless man $2 the second time I got punched me in the arm while I was shooting on the pool table for no reason. I have never given any place a rating below 4...as normally I wouldn't waste my time. This place just needs to be called out so perhaps the staff can realize that sometimes people just need to be removed instead of letting the drama turn into conflict. I used to bounce on 6th street in Austin and we never let things escalate. Not on top of it or willing to kick people out when they should which is probably the reason there is so much bad energy there...never going back.

Love this place...when I come here I feel at home. Leah is always so nice...and love the way she is so proud of her son...as she should be. Also a nice quiet spot to meet for lunch meetings. Good food. Great people.
