We keep warning, podcasters keep ignoring!

Yes, 24 seconds of Taylor Swift in your podcast will get your episode taken down in a DMCA takedown.

In fact, 24 seconds could cost you 10’s of thousands of dollars. We keep warning, podcasters! Keep on publishing It’s only a matter of time before someone is made an example of.

Bot's don't care about fair use. When the DMCA process is started the podcaster has to appeal to get the media back online. If they lose the appeal they then have to sue to get the episode back online.

At Blubrry we are seeing takedowns on a "regular" basis. No podcaster has won an appeal to date, and no podcaster that we know has sued in court to get the episode back. The rights holders hold the upper hand.
