We wanted to go to Elements (the buffet), but they apparently were being renovated. So, they had set up downstairs in the Nevada Room, but the selection was poor and half of the hot foods were cold and the cold foods were warm. Then we decided to go bowling. The first Lane was broken and wouldn't return our balls. So they moved is to another lane. It didn't work right either. I would give fewer stars, but all my past visits were usually much better than this one. So, I chalked it up to bad luck and GSR having a bad day. I'm sure we'll go back again and things will be better. :)

, all I can say is that those of you who are complaining about Charter's customer service don't know what bad service is. You want to talk bad customer service? Try Time Warner Cable sometime. OMG, no one is worse than Time Warner. I have to say I have always had very prompt and courteous service from Charter. They are also MUCH cheaper than either Time Warner or Dish.

I actually went to their Dresden branch the next town over.... Unless you have a cast-iron stomach and like having a green, rubbery, cheese-like substance on your pizza, I recommend skipping this place and going to the Creno's that is just down the street. This place is pretty nasty.

Not as good as the Domino's Pizza that they replaced, but still VASTLY superior to Ol' Skool Pizza that is just down the street from them.

Meh... What can I say? It's a McDonald's - no more, no less. As for the people whining about slow service, I have been to McDonald's restaurants all over the world (which I'm willing to bet most, if not all the other reviewers cannot say) and the service at this one is no worse than any of the others (and better than some). I think it's worth noting that most complainers hide behind anonymity. They're not willing to back up what they're saying by letting people know who they are. To me that's a sure sign of cowardice and of someone not to be taken seriously.
