Capstrat, a communications firm here in Raleigh, uses tiered seats in its conference room. Thanks to those seats, the room has held over 100 people for our SEO Meetups. Sitting on a wooden bleacher for long periods is not the most comfortable, but the bleacher approach is an efficient use of the space.

I find this much less offensive than Top Chef where they'll zoom in on the brand logos while the chefs are cooking. Don't try to be subtle.
