Tobi Lytle is a people development professional with over twenty years experience supporting organizational effectiveness through individual and group development.

A significant focus of Tobi's work in the Northwest is  support individuals responding or initiating career (ergo life) transition.  As a resume and Linkedin savvy coach - Tobi helps her private clients identify and present themselves strategically and professionally in the competitive marketplace of today.

A master facilitator for group development Tobi's clients rank among the Fortune 200 bio-tech, high-technology, health care, security, retail, banking, defense and energy industries.

During the rapid development of an emerging government-funded transportation entity, Tobi provided over three years of executive, group, and staff development coaching, training and consulting.  A resourceful and strategic practitioner, Tobi was credited for catalyzing the motivation and facilitating the implementation of organization-wide emphasis on professional development - which led to improved organizational results.

An engaging presenter and innovative facilitator Tobi also designs and leads group development offsite experiences for senior, mid and first level management teams seeking increased alignment, cohesion, trust, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Tobi is adept at identifying and addressing a range of individual and team performance issues including the need for team cohesion, trust, alignment, and improved communication skills.

Tobi has designed and facilitated innovative and strategically transformational group experiences for The Hoover Institution’s Annual Administrative Offsite; The San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission’s Executive Retreat; and biotech company offsite for 265 staff members preparing for a merger by acquisition.

A creative force in the realm of personal, professional, group development, Tobi earned a double Undergraduate Degree in Science and the Humanities from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. Tobi earned her Master’s in Management Arts degree with an emphasis in Group and Organizational Development, from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasanton, CA.

A lifelong learner Tobi continues to study with seminal theorists and practitioners exploring links between personal development and organizational effectiveness.
