Our heater mysteriously stopped working in the middle of the night. When we called TLC they were very courteous and set up an appointment with Travis M. We received a call a few minutes before his arrival at our home which we greatly appreciated. When Travis arrived he was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing to check the heater and what he found. Turned out the problem was actually pretty simple to fix - yea! Travis also explained important maintenance steps we can take to better care for the heater. He did a thorough job of servicing the heater so it will be good to go for all the cold nights ahead. Thanks Travis for an awesome job!

Just moved here from MD. My shower was cold this morning,water heater pilot did not restart, so I called the same company the previous owner used (TLC Plumbing & Utility). Fella named Terrance called me back, was pretty quick getting here and very quickly diagnosed the problem - gas was turned off. In MD our gas and electric are together. Now I know they aren't here. Since he was here I asked him about my swamp cooler which he was eager and quick to explain to me (we don't have these in MD, too humid). He explained why a soft cover was a bad idea where I live (higher winds here) and told me what all the sheet metal in my closet was for. I asked him, since he was here, if it would be a big deal to take the swamp cooler offer line for the season and you guessed it, no it wouldn't be. It probably took him all of half an hour to do it (in the dark no less). He was wonderful. Also offered me advice on what to do when I get my gas turned back on (miss a hot shower). He was simply great to work with and couldn't have been more helpful. I'll be calling TLC when my gas gets turned back on to restart everything and when I replace this old furnace.

TLC Plumbing was absolutely amazing in the way it handled our water line break. Terence and Eric were totally professional, friendly and caring in taking care of our problem immediately. We will and would recommend them and TLC to take care of any of your plumbing problems in the future. We will never go to another plumber again. The price was completely fair. KUDOS to them and TLC. What a great company!

Jason M. was professional, efficient,knowledgeable, and very courteous. He listened to and answered my questions, was very polite and I was totally comfortable with him. He turned off my swamp cooler and turned on my heat, I was very happy and felt very safe that all connections were checked and safe. I would certainly ask for him for any service. TLC has an excellent employee.

I woke up at 4:00 a.m to a wading pool in my bathroom the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The water was clear but it was seeping thru my walls and into my living room floors. My first thoughts were not good, how will I deal with this and get my friends to the airport by 5:30 and go to work by 10:00 am????? Despair ran through my veins. I opened the phone book and tore out the TLC add because it said leak detection 24/7 service. I waited till 5:00 am to make the call and to my surprise it was answered by a lovely lady who seemed like she had been up waiting for me to call. From there I was called back by a very courteous and knowledgeable man, Mario, who asked me a few questions, made me laugh and said he was on his way!!!!!! He showed up in record time, found the problem, fixed it and some other ailing parts on my toilet. He was so kind and helpful and really got the job done in one hour. He was so polite and made this whole disaster seem small. I am very grateful and I will have TLC in my cell phone for piece of mind. I have lived in Santa Fe and been a head of household home owner for over 20 years, it is crucial to have a great honest knowledgeable company to call when things aren't working. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I can't say enough good about TLC and particularly Terrance who probably knows my house better than I do now. We bought a Pueblo style home, built in the '30's than needed all of the plumbing updated. And I have been so impressed with the quality of professionalism and skill and caring the TLC crew brought with them every job they completed. They stay in contact about when they will be there and what they will be doing. They clean up everything before they go... even sometimes another contractor's mess, because that isn't how they want to leave the job site... which is also your home. And now, when I need to call the office to request another service, they do everything they can to send the team that I know , who knows our house to do that project. Quite simply, I wish the rest of the world worked the same way. I can promise you, you won't find a better team of professional people to work on making your home comfortable and efficient in the areas of Plumbing, Heating and AC. I'm so glad they are here.

Had an excellent service call from Terence. He was polite, responsible and asked questions before continuing to install the toilet I purchased to ensure I would be satisfied. He removed the previous toilet and boxes that held the new toilet. The toilet was installed without any issues and it has been working flawlessly for the past two weeks. Thank you. I will call TLC again.

Jason M. was absolutely terrific. He was very informative as the heating and cooling units I have installed in my home. He was willing and able to answer all the questions I had, not to mention a really nice guy! It was a very busy time in the season, and the main office called me and informed me they would be late to our appointment. They apologized and made it right immediately. I have suggested them to family, and will continue to use them myself.
