Hopefully, Titan Elevators will be able to modernise and maintain a sightseeing escalator one day, if we ever have one in England!

This extraordinary sightseeing escalator (which is 688m long!) gives visitors an incredible view of China’s Enshi Grand Canyon and can transport up to 7000 people per hour. A great example of just how prepared the lift and escalator industry can be for the future market.

In the meantime, explore the escalator services we offer, on our website.

Lift modernisations in the City of London are always logistically difficult and particularly in the case when a building is occupied. Titan Elevators routinely delivers successful lift modernisation projects that address these two important issues.

We are all very proud to announce that a new modernisation project has just been won by Titan, at 111 Old Broad Street, a 6-storey, Grade A office building in the heart of the City of London.

The project for Titan Elevators will be a major modernisation for a 4-car group of scenic lifts.

Aesthetically, the lift cars are all in great condition so the main focus of the modernisation will be on machinery reliability, technology and usability improvements. Titan Elevators will replace all four lift drives with new machines along with premium quality lift controllers. To address the usability requirements, we will also replace all of the lift signalisation in the lift cars, in the main lobby and landing stations with new fully compliant push buttons throughout the installation.

As part of our ongoing work for this valued client at their prestigious building, our team will also be undertaking the replacement of a substantial bespoke goods lift.
