WOW! This article really sums it up for me. In fact, the fictional book I am working on currently is called 'I See You' Don't disown your emotions, embrace them and see them for what they are, allow them to help you align your life with your most important values. It's amazing what happens when we embrace all of our many selves and emotions, rather than just the ones we or society judge as acceptable to be seen.
