If you're in the L.A. area, this will be a blast to attend. I go every year and I've always had a great time!

Living on the Road Saves Money
Living on the road isn't quite as impossible as it may seem. You just have to be willing to give up some things you own and ideas you hold on to if you want to make it happen. I've written a few times about the logistics of life on the road and how to make ...

She's really old, 14 years old. She has some health issues, but nothing that keeps her from enjoying life most of the time. She's far too healthy to put down, far to fragile to ride on a motorcycle, far too old to start with a new family. Sigh But we're working on some solutions.

So many people say they want to travel like we do. What if I told you that if you travel, you can SAVE MONEY instead of spending more?

I get it +Sash Walker because it is kinda rare. What +Jim Bartosevich and +Gabriele Zimmerman mentioned earlier is that 'deluxe' version - the one with more stuff. :D That's not to say it's wrong, or anything...just that it's rare.

As a materialistic society (hey, look what time of year it is!), we like our stuff. It takes true dedication to that lifestyle to do without. Sash, you've mentioned that often as a theme in your blog posts. Kudos to you both for making it happn.

I am dying to get on the road again. Steve and I are just not happy in one place. We came back to San Diego to due to my health issues. Now that they've been resolved as much as they can be, we want to head back out on the road. We've decided we need to tra...

I'm sorry for the pain you're feeling in this loss. I have been thinking of my friend who passed away in January 1997. I still miss him so much I feel as if something inside of me is breaking. Maybe it's the time of year, or the anniversary, or just the time of my life.
I lost my Dad so many years ago, 26 years, but there are moments I can remember his scent, his voice, the color of his eyes. . .
"In this life the love you give
Becomes the only lasting treasure.
So that what you lose will be what you win."
~ David Wilcox, Deeper Still
I think you're right. Every time I remember these people, I'm a little more adventurous, a little kinder to others, a little more forgiving of myself.
Hugs and Smooches my Friend.
Three years ago today I watched my aunt Sabah take her last breath in this world in her hospital bed. It is a moment in time that is so heavy of a burden to carry, that that day plays in my mind often. I could tell you each a...

I recommend Barbara at Back to Life Massage Therapy because I always have a great experience. She takes time to listen to my needs, gives me a great massage, and never makes me feel rushed. When I pay for 90 minutes I get 90 minutes on the table. The consultation time, undressing, dressing, etc., doesn't come out of that 90 minutes. So many places promise 90 minutes and 15 minutes of that is spent talking or dressing. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the level of relief and service I get with each appointment.

Working with Cynthia Nemelka has been amazing! She was straightforward, honest and gentle with me when listing my house, and has given me some excellent strategies to use to increase the listing price. I had to go to court regarding my property and Cynthia wrote an incredible letter to the court explaining all the details of the listing, the comps, the sale, etc. It was all I needed to protect my assets and prevail. She wouldn't accept any extra payment for this service either. Not only is she selling my home, but she is helping my renter get a new place to rent in the move. I'm so grateful for her hard work, honesty and knowledge of the market.

Delicious BBQ, dog friendly patio, great service, good music and relaxing atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Perfect spot for lunch after a morning at dog beach. Definitely a hidden gem. We tried beef, pork and chicken, as well as all three types of BBQ sauce. I recommend it all. You can't go wrong.

Dr. Lathrop treated my knee after I had crashed my motorcycle. I was shocked how quickly the Scenar treatment has me walking again and how soon I was back to riding. The Scenar device is really small, hand held, and senses the trauma and heels the damaged tissue. Amazing!

My ThrottleX battery worked out great! It arrived on time, was easy to install, and my bike starts every time, all the time. Even run some heated gear with no trouble. Good product and exactly as promised.
