As someone who used to work in a cinema that used seat allocation, I can say that in theory it's perfect. It's just the same as walking into the screen and choosing your seat, only you get to do it in advance and reserve that particular seat. However, there are always those stupid twats who pay no attention to anything and sit wherever they like, which leads to the people who actually booking those seats quietly sitting somewhere else rather than confronting them. This obviously leads to that chain reaction situation where no one is in the correct seat. I had to deal with this several times as an usher, although we never stopped a film over it as any issues were usually resolved during the trailers. Occasionally someone would turn up late, only to fins their seat occupied, but we usually just offered them a refund and asked them to sit in another available seat. If only people were capable of finding their correct seats.

Before we used seat allocation, we had a different problem. People arriving at the last minute to busy screenings, realising that the only seats available were on the front row, and walking out to ask for a refund. Seat allocation solves that problem, which is why we brought it in.

I agree with RDJ. What the hell do those questions have to do with an Avengers movie? This guy's troubled past was behind him many years ago now, so why drag it up again now? Krishnan Guru-Murthy is an unprofessional interviewer and should be sacked.

Reminds me a bit of Sloop John B with it's descending flute lines and general up tempo feel. The big difference is that I actually find this to be a far better song. Sloop John B felt somewhat out of place on Pet Sounds. This would fit right in. Brian... build a time machine and hand the sheet music for this to your younger self in 1966.

When I first heard about this film ages ago, I foolishly held out some hope that it might actually be decent. This trailer didn't make me want to watch the film, it actually made me decide not to buy a ticket. It just looks so terrible. The fully CGI'd dinosaurs look so ridiculously fake I'm amazed they decided to release this footage. Where are the puppets? Where is the majestic John Williams music? The Spielbergian wonderment? This looks like it has more in common with a Transformers film, quite frankly.

My latest experiment in sound. This is the backing track to a song I am working on called Terminus. It's about a guy who passes through a black hole into another dimension, where time and space take on a whole new meaning.

This is pretty awesome. Nails the feeling of those old trailers recorded on VHS.

Introduction
Hello there. My name is Timothy McGaw, I'm an independent film maker and composer based in the North of England. I've written, directed, photographed and edited several short films. Throughout the course of these projects I also became a self-taught composer of music, enabling me to score my own projects. This makes me something of an all-round auteur, I guess you might say.

In my spare time I'm a keen photographer. I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge in all subjects.

I've been here before and it's usually pretty good. However, my most recent visit left me wondering whether or not I should return at all. One of our party had gone to the toilet when the drinks orders were being taken, and when he asked to order his drink when the rest of the drinks arrived, the manager seemed very short tempered and unfriendly. We were brought two gammon steaks without steak knives, which I had to ask for. No one bothered to check back to see if our meals were satisfactory. The food was passable but nothing spectacular. One of the waitresses was very friendly, but the other who served us clearly didn't want to be there, as she seemed incapable of smiling. This was disappointing, as this pub restaurant has been a very enjoyable venue in the past, with friendly staff and a nice selection of craft ales.

Great place for bouldering. Big place with lots of different areas and helpful, friendly staff. Not too bad price wise either.
