Show us your Glassware

We’re excited to announce that MyGlass now has new Glassware from SportsYapper, Fancy, Mashable, KitchMe and Thuuz. This Glassware was approved via the new Glassware Review Process that is now open to everyone with Glass.

As of today, you can submit your Glassware for review. Completing the Glassware review process will make your Glassware eligible to show on MyGlass and eligible to receive quota beyond the testing limit.

To get started with the submission process, take a look at the new Distributing Glassware section of the documentation (linked below).  Be sure your Glassware meets the basic requirements on the launch checklist. We can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on!

Can we get some better UI for this than having our MyGlass home page plastered with apps we don't want to use?

Thank you! This is great news and can't wait to get my app updated based on the checklist. One question... is a glassware app that acts as a companion with a phone/tracker app acceptable? My glassware doesn't function on its own... Pairs with an existing mobile app. Thanks again!

No WINKFEED?  Where's the love?

Great to see this, thanks team!

Can't wait to see how this evolves past the MyGlass page. Discovery is going to be a big deal.

Now it's worth spending more time working on Glassware!

Policies are quite restricting. No fees, no ads? How is it supposed to pay for itself?

Quick Q. +Timothy Jordan, where should we be seeing these new apps? They're not appearing in MyGlass yet, at least for me.

I notice in the checklist that it refers to a "Touch menu" and to a welcome card.

Is there any documentation about what these items are? {: Or are these features coming with XE10? {:

+Allen Firstenberg -- the checklist should answer most of your questions.  As for the touch menu--this is when you use the touchpad instead of voice for the "OK Glass" menu.  The invocation voice commands have icons.

Looking forward to seeing what adventures await! What do YOU want to be able to do with Glass? :-)

cannot wait to see where this goes in a few years

Good news! Excited to see what developers have been cooking!
