Very disappointed. My son was really looking forward to going out to this place. The trouble was the staff took upon themselves yo mock his gear, guns and ammo. All he had saved for and paid for on his own. He also complained that despite all their talk of safety they ignored many people getting hurt, continuing to shoot when "out", and so on. If it had been other players I could ignore it. When it is the staff then that reflects poorly on the entire business. Sorry but we will not be back.

This is my new favorite restaurant! We went here based on the reviews on Yelp and Google. The staff are friendly and very attentive, I don't I ever had less than half a glass of water the entire time I was there and they were quite busy. We ordered an appetizer to share, soups and a main dish. The crab-meat rangoon were some of the best we have had in a while. The wonton soup was nearly perfect. For our main dishes they were absolutely what we wanted; chicken with vegetables in a nice clear sauce and beef lo mein. Our typical dishes when going to a new place and they were fantastic. The servings are big, but we were looking forward to having them for lunch the next day as well. Looking around the mushu pork, fried rice and other noodle dishes looked just as good. The Mongolian beef looked so good I was momentarily disappointed in my lo mein! Staff was friendly, fast and curteous. The restaurant itself was clean and noise levels were fine. We will be back!

Excellent customer service. Fast delivery. When they didn't have an item I wanted, they were able to find a few substitutes that worked perfect. They are always super pleasant on the phone, even on their busiest days. Forget the big name "800" numbers, order local and have Kinsch send your flowers. I use them for every holiday and I have never, ever been disappointed.

Great little place in downtown Arlington Heights. Had some cupcakes, danishes and coffee. The salted caramel cupcakes were fantastic. To quote my son, if the workers are covered in flour you know it has to be good. This place is indeed good.

Games Plus is without a doubt the best game store in the midwest. If it is RPGs, minis, board or war games you are looking for then this is the place. If they don't have it then they can get it. If they can't get it, then chances are no one can. In business now for 25+ years they have a knowledgable, friendly staff. The best selections of games and an in store game room. I been going here for years and still ordered from them via mail order when I was away in college. You will not find any computer games here, but that is fine.

What I like most about this store is that does have that local used book store feel. The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. They are all obviously book lovers and do seem to take pride in their work. While I don’t think I quite got back a much as I think I should have for my last round of books selling back, I have found so many rare and out of print books for cheap that it makes up for it. Best HPB in the Chicago land area.
