Obamacare enrollees in many areas of Tennessee will need to look elsewhere for their health insurance.
After losing nearly $500 million on its individual health plans offered through the Affordable Care Act over the past three years, Tennessee's biggest health insurer is scaling back its participation in the so-called ObamaCare program, even after regulators granted the company a record 62 percent rate hike for next year.

The scary thing is that despite all the regulation on the ability to beat arms, I personally don't think that our forefathers or their descendants meant for people to be able to possess bombs.

The plaintiff in the case, referred to as John Doe, was raped during the basketball team's trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., just days before Christmas. Three of the victim's former teammates were convicted Aug. 30 in connection with the rape.
Eight months after the pool-cue rape of an Ooltewah High School freshman, the victim's attorneys sued the Hamilton County Board of Education and former Ooltewah High School employees.

Tennessee's biggest health insurer is dropping its participation in the Affordable Care Act health exchange next year in the state's three biggest markets, cutting coverage of the 214,000 persons now enrolled in one of the so-called ObamaCare exchange plans by more than half.
