I am on an 8 week journey of discovery eating low fat with 700-800 calories a day to see if I can reverse or improve my diabetes condition.
Tomorrow will be the beginning of week 4. By drinking water, tea, and a coffee the hunger has been kept at bay. The meals are a tad boring so I started adding a little herbs and spices to mix up the flavors. This week I did r...

Week 2 done and halfway through week 3 of the low fat, low calorie 8 week experiment to improve or cure my condition.
Posting has taken a backseat to daily analog life. Eating only 700-800 calories a day has not been as tough as expected. I'm not stressed, blood sugars are under excellent control, and weight is dropping. Weight loss so far L...
